Would definitely return
Stayed for 4 nights and it was all very pleasant. Location is great. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows comfy, and any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. A bit frustrated with the long check in time but in a place as busy as Vegas you have to be patient and go with the flow. Used express check out and leaving at 6:00 AM and having a taxi at the door was a breeze. Would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Positive stay
After reading the reviews on here we were a bit nervous about our stay, but!!! Check in was easy, reception staff were polite and professional. Rooms were clean and spacious with a fridge. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is centrally located on the strip. I felt I had to leave a review as this hotel deserves a positive one.

Plan on being frustrated with their service
The rooms are large, but a little beat up. The first room smelled so much like fragrance used to cover up other odors that we asked to move after one night. Location is good (near monorail and near activities). But the service is abysmally poor. The room key was to be used to exit the parking garage and did NOT work. Walked half a mile down to the front desk and they "reprogrammed" but it didn't work either. They were very dismissive (must happen all the time). Returned from a long day of walking, walking, walking thru Vegas. Now key won't let us into the room. Walk half a mile back to the front desk and wait in line (again). Lady says, "you don't want me to reprogram these again, do you?" Yes! Do whatever you do! Duh.... Keys never did work for parking garage. Kept having to use the Help button to exit instead, having learned this trick. Keys failed 2 more times during our 5 day stay. The response was ridiculous. A lot of walking on our part and wasted time both standing in line over and over AND waiting in the room for HOURS while the hotel went through a clearly ineffective response protocol that never worked, only caused more and more frustration. We saw others in the line having similar problems. When we asked to talk to a supervisor, we were told we could not do that. But eventually we did get a supervisor to address our concerns (no solution, just venting to deaf ears, it appears). Protocol when locked out of room is to wait for security to come. When they arrive, they verify "yes, your key doesn't work, you'll need to go to front desk". Called front desk. They put in engineering ticket "on rush". Said it might be a bad battery in the lock. After over an hour, no one showed up. Called desk again. They sent security again. Another officer confirmed "yes, your key doesn't work". Walked to front desk, skipped the line, and asked to talke to supervisor. Reponse - "no, you are too angry". If you want customer service to help you with any problems, do NOT pick this hotel. Plan to spend some of your valuable time locked out and put on some extra miles walking around the hotel for no reason.

Fun
Great experience overall. If you want to feel like you have your own man cave, this is the spot. Bartenders here are great people, very friendly. Always have a great time there. Great time. Tables were good. Room was nice. View was great. Would highly recommend!
