    Ok trip

Hard to check bill, checking all AI. Tv remote didn’t work. No complimentary water. AC bit noisy. Would have preferred a tub & king bed. What else do I need to say?? Enough characters??????????????????????????????????????????????????

    Clean, Friendly, and Reasonable

If you are looking for a clean, friendly place to stay on the Strip that won't break your budget, then the Horseshoe is for you. I got a room that has a view of the High Roller and the Sphere. I highly recommend paying the little extra for this view. My room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The gambling tables have reasonable minimums. (We play for fun.) As a bonus, the Horseshoe and Paris are connected. This increases the dining choices. If you are too much of a snob, this isn't for you. If you are looking for a safe, clean, place in the heart of the Strip that won't break your budget, then the Horseshoe is for you.

    Casino

The casino was nice and clean. The poker room was easy to get a spot without any waits. Dealers were friendly. Servers at most part were available to take orders when asked upon. One of the few casinos that had an incentives for high hand every 20 minutes 10am-3am

Fabulous staff at front, dirty and tired rooms.

When we approached registration the area was roped off, it was all machines. I approached Veronica to ask about how to group my friends and I together. She took our licenses and cards and came back within a few minutes and let us know we were grouped together but then asked about our need for a handicapped room. We said we didn’t need one, off she went and fixed that, too. When it was our turn to check in at the machine she was again right there helping us with which choices to make on the screen. Her friendliness, helpfulness, knowledge and positive is what made this not a two star review for our stay. Veronica is FIVE STARS all the way. We were so disappointed in our rooms. My bathroom was not clean. I found a housekeeper in the hall and she came to my room telling me they were so busy. My sheets had holes in them, the shades on my lamp were so dusty it floated up if they were touched. The light switch was sticky. I didn’t have a luggage rack in my room and my bathroom sink did not drain. While I had two hand lotions in the bathroom there was no shampoo. The small mirror as well as the over sink mirrors were dirty/smudged with fingerprints. The safe in my friend’s room was locked upon arrival, my other friend’s thermostat did not work, and more. All of the issues were preventable/ fixable if only someone on staff had paid attention. This is not a hotel I would choose to stay in again.

    Go elsewhere

So I check in. They are supposed to email when the room is ready. Finally at 418pm I ask to be checked in. I get into my room and its filthy. They come clean it and leave. Before bed I find a cigarette butt nut to my bed. So nasty! I move rooms the next morning. &0 dollar a night extra bc the didn't have anything else. So I head to the pool. THE POOL IS CLOSED. No mention anywhere. The real kicker is my flight changed so I ask for a late checkout. Extra sixty dollars for one hour. SOO we go down to get food for my wife and I bc room service takes forever and we hate cold food. Pick up lunch and head all the way back to the room and my key doesn't work. I ask the maid to let us in but of course she doesn't speak English. All the way back down, wait in line to get a new key. Food is totally cold so I as for a credit but nope. I go to the restaurant and ask them if they can remake it. NOPE. We threw away 100 lunch. Go elsewhere.
