Luggage stolen from bellhop station
I stayed at Horseshoe casino for several days when I checked out I brought my luggage to the bellhop and left it with them. We then got an email our flight was chamged so we extended our stay (had to book new reservation) so our room was not ready so decided to leave and go have a fun day. When we returned about 9pm and went to pick luggage up and go to our room it was not there. They did not know where it was. I went to security office filled out report and they told me they would look into it. In the morning I talked with assistant manager and he told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I had nothing. He gave me phone number for risk management. I have called left several messages. No one will call me back. I have called the hotel directly and they send me to a voice mail and again no one will call me back. So be VERY careful if you decide to stay here and exspecally if you use the bell hop. I had the worst experience I have ever had traveling using their services!!

Hard Pass
Don't bother with any Caesar's property or their abysmal rewards programs. This property is old and outdated, even with the recent changes. If you do stay, you cannot gain any points for your stay like you canon other rewards programs, a total miss for the chain.

Average at best
I didn’t book this hotel my company did and would not be my preference. While the bed was comfortable and clean the surroundings are pretty beat up and really should be upgraded. Definitely a two star hotel and would not choose to stay here again but then I am picky about wheee I stay.

Relaxing time in Vegas
Our room was nice and clean. We stayed in a Jubilee King Suite. Great location. We enjoyed the Ingigo Lounge for the NCAA basketball games. The food court was decent. We didn't go to the arcade, but it looked great. The staff was friendly, no issues.

Veronica at the Front Desk has the worst guest service and attitude
I went to the Front Desk to settle the bill at around 2:45am and Veronica came out already with a bad attitude. I gave her the room number and she said it wasn't under my name. She had made a mistake in looking it up but even upon realizing she made a mistake, she didn't even bother to apologize. I said I was there to settle the bill and she said she didn't want to because if she did it, she would have to do it again after 3am. I get that they have to roll the date but that's not the guest's problem. Hotels don't shut down the desk operations for a routine task like that. I looked at her name tag and said "Veronica, right?" and she responded with "do you want me to write it down for you?" When I pulled out my phone to record the interaction because no one would believe how terribly rude she was, she ran to the back office. The Manager came out with Security and said that Veronica reported that I was giving her attitude. Really? So EVEN IF I was giving her attitude, was that the correct course of action, to give attitude back and call Security as if I were a criminal? The Manager wasn't rude but it was clear he wasn't interested in what I had to say because he had already made up his mind that Veronica was telling the truth. He asked what the problem was and when I was telling him, he kept telling me not to worry about her attitude and he never once apologized for the despicable experience. I just wanted to settle the bill, I didn't walk up to the Front Desk looking for someone to give attitude to. And if they feel they can't accommodate a basic guest request because they can't be bothered to work around the system, then they need to rethink their operation. At the very least they can train their employees to be nice when they cause an inconvenience to the guest.
