Bad experience, bad customer service
Bad customer service , rude at the counter of checking in , Do not listen to the guest , they don’t seem to care about accommodations , operator was more interested in the concern of the next operator on her side and what the guest concerns where rather then tending to me the gust
Rude front desk. Thank God they outsource
Front desk was rude. I don’t enjoy being disrespected when I’m trying to purchase a room. To top it all off the AC didn’t work, the skink didn’t drain. The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star is because the shower was nice.
Racisms by dealers, uncaring supervisors, resort fee for nothing. It is not worth even with the great location
We had a really unpleasant visit. I paid two room upgrades with strip view. I was charged for the upgrade (daily) and yet the rooms were facing flamingo street. The view wasn’t bad but not the upgrade I was paying each day of my stay. Worse came when approaching the card tables, TWICE we were warned by two different dealers we could not sit to play unless we only spoke English (all the time even among ourselves). What? I approached one of the supervisors to inquire about what kind of casino policy that was and this person clarified, any conversation with the dealer had to be in English but there was no restriction on how or what I spoke with my family. I brought up what the dealer had said and another lady dealer confirmed was I was saying. The guy limited to say “we could talk among ourselves any way we wanted” and that was all action he was willing to take. Insulting and despicable actions with no accountability. You get charged (not limited to this hotel) resort fees which are supposed to cover different services such as pool, gym, phone, internet, etc. wifi service is not just slow but unreliable, you just can’t have a 5 minute stable connection. Such a great justification for those resort fees. Parking lot, another additional fee which provides horrible service. Dirty place, unsupervised place. You park your car and wish for the best, walking from parking lot to hotel be ready to get high on weed. The place and elevators reeked of weed. It is Ilegal to use in public places and yet the place reeks of it with no vigilance you could walk in people openly consuming on parking lot carrying all the way to elevators. Food court on basement was dirty and again unsupervised. I guess, that place does not hold any money the casino cares for so they see no need to have any security personal there, in our one and only visit there we were trying to order when a group of people came in, thrashed the utensil stations , tossed stuff around the place for a few minutes, eventually minutes later they left on their own. It took security to show up a good 10-15 minutes since things started, one security lady finally showed up and a few minutes later another security guy came to look around. Luckily these guys went only after the material things and left every person present there alone. Scary thing.
Stayed at the Horseshoe with my daughter for her Birthday. The location was nice, but that is about it. Our room was very dated. We had an ironing board, but no iron. Zero housekeeping the 4 days we stayed. Called down for towels and never received them. Elevators were broken 1 of our days, so had to have security take us up to our floor. NO IDEA what the ridiculous resort fees are for!!! WiFi constantly had issues!!! When I go back to Vegas, I will 100% stay elsewhere!!!
Many Photos Added. Excellent Stay and Service
My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We asked for a quiet room on a high floor and that is what we got. Very comfy bed and pillows, fridge, fast internet and many channels on the TV. Great fitness center and pool (the deepest on the Strip). Many very good restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. Management should be very proud. I added many photos and will return again soon.
