    Was put in a tower room when we booked a resort room went to see reception who was very rude and arrogant EVE also the manager Jose rude arrogant The room had no tea and coffee facility as per booking description so you need to buy at $6 USA dollar small cup Room was old carpet sticky and stained Would not recommend this hotel due to poor customer service and the arrogance of the manager and staff

    Enjoyed my stay!

    I stayed at the Resort Tower, newly renovated. Centrally located across from Caesar’s and The Bellagio. The room was large and clean. Nothing fancy but very nice. No complaints at all, in fact I have all good comments. Staff was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. After I checked in, I asked if my sister could be located close to my room. The rep at the front desk arranged for that. I also had to call for the locksmith twice. Not their fault. They were prompt and gracious. Dorian the locksmith and Pete the security guard helped me, fast, and always respectful. Thanks to the hotel for all of my experiences and at a reasonable rate.

    Not what I thought

    Cleanliness is an issue. Bed sheets have that dreaded thousand-times used smell. Shower head is very old, hard to turn and looks dirty. I was on a business trip so I didn’t have to spend much time in the room, fortunately. They need to refresh their furniture, which is peeling off everywhere.

    AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE CLEANING SERVICE

    I went on business for the Cinemacon, where I stayed from April 6 to 12. When I went for work, I only came to my room to sleep, and the next day, at 7 a.m., I was leaving to return at 8 p.m. The first thing I noticed was that the cleaning people did NOT clean the room, the only thing they did was make the beds and put clean towels in the bathroom, but they did NOT clean anything in the room. They did not pick up trash; they left the papers on the floor where they were, etc. Due to time constraints, I was thinking of leaving a complaint when I left, but since it was running late on the last day, I did not have the time. It turns out that when I check my credit card, I see an extra cleaning charge of $566! It's crazy when they never cleaned the room, it's a scam. Of course, they will show a photo of the room that is a little dirty because they never went to clean it. I do NOT recommend this hotel for any reason; it is a terrible option; the cleaning people DO NOT do their job, and what is worse is that they try to get money from you for the same thing. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

    Worst customer service, billing fiasco. DO NAT STAY HERE.

    This was the worst experience I have had a hotel, ever. I was sharing a room with a friend and we wanted to split the bill, and we both needed copies of the receipt with our names on them to submit to work for reimbursement. This seems reasonable, right? They messed up our check-in, charged us amounts that made no sense, and when I asked about a charge that didn't make sense at check-in, I was told to stop yelling. I was not yelling. At check out, we spent more than ONE HOUR trying to sort out the bill so that we were not overcharged and the manager never came out. There was one polite staff person, and multiple rude staff members that tried to explain math that simply did not math. I have never had such a bizarre, rude hotel experience. Oh, and the room was so bright, no blackout curtains. And the air conditioning was loud and annoying. The check-in desk, where we spent entirely too much time not being treated well, was filthy. Dirt all over the molding, counter, floor. Filthy.
