    Weekend Getaway

This hotel & staff were SUPERB! They made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Loved staying there and will continue for future vacations. Ms Shanara Gwaltney made sure all of our accommodations were perfect. Chef Randy Patterson is an excellent Chef. The food was delicious and served with excellence! We loved it all! Thank you Ms Gwaltney for making our getaway very memorable. Spriggs & Byrd

We loved our stay! Excellent staff and hotel!

Our hotel suite was comfortable, quiet and clean. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to colonial Williamsburg and the free breakfast and pool. We enjoyed those things, but the best thing was the amazing staff. Dave and Shanara and Chef Randy and the other staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. By the end of the stay we felt like we were leaving friends. Chef Randy made delicious food and came out to talk with us. They gave us lots of "locals" suggestions about what to see and where to eat that helped our trip be extra special. The staff was helpful when we needed things too (which often happens when you're traveling with kids).

Terrible Experience, very costly, and noncooperative front desk staff

We stayed on 4th floor, for two nights, 31st July to 2nd of August. The wi fi was not working; the room was unhygienic, and the front desk staff was rude and noncooperative. It has a pathetic cafe, with terrible breakfast. The hotel is very expensive and you can find better options in the same area on a very competitive price. Will never opt to stay in Holiday Inn again. There is a Third party reservation option on the left corner of the hotel website, which seems a franchise of the same hotel. Neve use that option. They will charge you a huge amount in addition to the normal room rate. I must say it was overall a terrible experience.
