Was a great stay, beds, rooms, TV are updated and comfy and pet friendly. Really no complaints for this hotel and will stay again in the future. Fridge in the room bu no microwaves. Getting to the river walk from the hotel is a little tricky but once you find out how to get there, it is nice not going through the lobby and down the main street
I was hoping to have a nice little weekend getaway with the babe. Hotel was not clean: used kcup in coffee maker, used kleenex under the sink, and free lotion was almost empty. I wish for the price they would pay more attention to details... I would expect more from Holiday Inn. At checkout they attempted to charge my bank $2,800 which Chase thankfully flagged as fraud.
Great location & value!
This was very reasonably priced so decided to stay here for our girls weekend. Sits right on the Riverwalk which was so convenient! We did not have housekeeping during our three-night stay (although they were outside our door), so figured it must have been by-request due to the pandemic. Special thanks to Ajisha at the front desk—she was working all alone and was hustling, ensuring she could accommodate guests as quickly as possible as there was a line. She also helped me with a business center request and solved my problem immediately and without me needing to explain a lot; I was very grateful. Snow was also super friendly and kind! Would recommend this hotel
On the Riverwalk
We stayed at the Riverwalk on a weekend. I am glad we chose this hotel because while being on the river it is on the quite end and still only about a block form the main clubs and restaurants. The restaurant was only serving the bare minimum for dinner. Best to eat out.
Hotel rooms are not well insulated. You can hear people dropping things, hotel room doors slamming, ac doesn’t cool enough AND the shower in our room had little hairs in the shower... eew!! I expected so much more. With all the down time they had I expected things to be pristine.
