    Exactly what we needed! Great stay, courteous service.

    After a long day of driving, the last thing you want to do is have to worry about the place you’re arriving to isn’t ready. Believe me, this was not the case. From the moment we parked, the valet service was friendly and courteous. JQ was very eager to get us unloaded and settled in the lobby. The hotel staff met us with smiles and accommodated our every request to ensure that our stay started off smooth. The entire stay the staff was attentive and accommodating to whatever it was we asked!! Looking forward to a return visit!

    Breakfast Scam

    The rate INCLUDING breakfast includes it only for 2. We are 4, in the process of booking there was no clear reference to this restriction. Considering the price we are paying for our stay, it is a shame to want 35 dollars extra for the two meals per day. No chance to discuss it with the manager either. Very disappointed, do not come to this property.

    Great hotel very clean and great access to riverwalk. Also received very good customer service from Gm and Snow very attentive to any need or concerns during my stay.
