    Perfect little resort

All rooms have an Ocean front view. Kids activities include a small on-site water park, movie nights at the pool and a nice large pool and hot tub. Good all-round atmosphere. An open air restaurant and bar on a deck beachside. The main restaurant is inside the hotel and expensive but nice with excellent entrees along with a breakfast has the most diverse choices I’ve ever had.

    Relaxing family vacay

This was my family’s 2nd time coming here. We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 littles). I do want to say, the resort is a great stay if you have littles. The splash pad, pool & lazy river gives you great diversity with options if you don’t want to leave the hotel. We got the room with bunk beds and then the queen and it worked perfect. The reason for my 3 stars this trip is that a few of the water features at the splash pad weren’t functioning properly. On top of that, some of the blue soft flooring in the splash pad was peeing up and my 11 month old kept trying to put it in his mouth. Also, the splash pad surrounding seating areas had ants pretty bad. I’m sure that it’s challenging trying to keep it all bug free considering it’s outside & there are kiddos, but it was challenging because they kept getting in our things. Other than that, the experience was good & we do hope to be back.

    Another amazing stay!!

This has been our " go to" resort for 15 years! This place just keeps getting better and better every year! It's nice to see several of the same faces around that were here our very first time visiting! I want to give a HUGE " Thank You" to Maddi who was overseeing the beach rentals. As someone who always uses the beach rentals this is a big deal for me. She was amazing our entire stay. She was so helpful and looked like she really enjoyed her job! Please , let her know she is fabulous and really made our trip great!! Thank you Holiday Inn Resort and Maddi for another great trip!!

    Fantastic

Wonderful…beach ,staff, pool, food, service, bed, pillows and privacy. The manager, Jay, is so friendly and kind. Very clean. Store has a lot of items, not real expensive. Fairly quiet. Sometimes at night people allow their children to scream in the pool until 11 . Loved walking up and down the beach. May is not too crowded anywhere. Very convenient to a few places to eat across the street. The sand is so soft. Water is just beautiful.

Picky, picky housekeeping and they don't tell you their "rules".

Love the resort. It's beautiful and clean. I'm here now and we had the dumbest thing happen. We had a room with two double beds. The first night they only made one bed and didn't touch the other one. I had no idea why so I called and reported it and they basically said "ok" but it happened again the 2nd night. I called again and they said they would have someone come up and make the bed, but that didn't happen. The third night, housekeeping didn't come in at all so neither bed was made, and we didn't get coffee or clean bath towels either. I went to the desk and told them and they said they'd have someone come in and do it. We got back to the room and there's a comforter, sheets, towels, and coffee piled on the bed, but nothing was done. The lady at the desk had said that if we had any personal items on the bed, they would not touch it. Then I realized I had a small travel pillow from my car laying with the pillows on the bed. No one had told me that! I know it sounds petty, but that's just a small luxury that I enjoy on vacation that I can't have at home... someone coming in and cleaning up the room and making the beds. If that's their rule, they should have let me know that before the 3rd day of our trip. It was just frustrating.
