“STAN the man”
My wife and I really needed to get away during all of the pandemic stress that has happened to us all. We decided to take an anniversary/vacation trip to Galveston Tx The reviews looked pretty good,so we went with Holiday Inn Resort on Seawall Blvd. From the very onset of the registration process, Stan Hudson the front desk manager was professional, compassionate and very helpful. Stan has truly been a blessing to my wife and I.......by turning an average trip into an awesome trip. I highly recommend this motel, it was very clean, neat and even smelled great ....we were very satisfied 😎
Great place to stay
We love coming to this hotel. We have been coming here for four years and evey time we have stayed we have had a wonderful time. The rooms are always very clean. Had everyone is so friendly. They always try to give us the room on the eight floor is available. They view is so beautiful. The pool is always very clean. It is a very family friendly hotel. We will be back soon.
Perfect Place in Heaven
i travel almost 75% in year for job. I stayed in this Resort about two months at the time of Corona Pandemic and have very very nice time, supper nice employee and one of the best Manager i have ever seen in all hotels in country. Thanks guys specially to General Manager Quinn Bussey
Covid 19 getaway
Well, we had an AMAZING stay all because of one person DEANNA!!! My wife and I travel a lot and while we have had bad to good customer service, Deanna gave EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! We have stayed at 2 other 4 and 5 star hotels, but received average customer service. One would think the higher the price the better the service, (NOT THE CASE). Because of the EXCEPTIONAL service Miss Deanna gave us, THIS is our first choice, NOW, for a stay in Galveston, Tx!!! This young lady set herself apart from the beginning, even though the tightened measures due to the Covid 19 pandemic. This is the BEST service we have experienced in the past couple of years. In our humble opinion she at least deserves recognition and IF possible an increase in pay. Our justification for the increase in pay is because WE shall spread the word about THIS hotel and the OUTSTANDING service offered to the customers. If Tilman Fertitta happens to read this I would implore you to see the increase happens. Thanks, again Deanna for a WONDERFUL stay and as we said, we take time out for EXCEPTIONAL people like YOU!!!!
I would like to say that your employee Stan went above and beyond to help me when my credit card got charged in error. I appreciate his fast response and correcting the problem. The entire staff was wonderful during my stay. J. Mathis
