Bar tenders at the lobby bar are great.( Victor and Josuel
Victor and josuel gave great service. I enjoyed coming to the bar every night to be able to talked to them and have a great time. I highly recommend coming down to the lobby bar for a great experience.

Wish we didn’t stay here
I regret staying here. The hallway smells funky, the rooms are really outdated, and the railings on the balcony is so loose it’s ready to fall off, some of the posts on the railing are even missing. It is extremely loud, so don’t plan on getting any sleep if you stay here. People are up partying all night. I thought it was more of a family friendly place with young kids, but very noisy. They close the pool at 7pm which is ridiculous being that there isn’t a lifeguard during the day anyways. With the price we paid, we can’t even swim at night. By the time you go to dinner and get back there’s no time to swim. It’s a crazy rule. The drinks at the bar are expensive and so so tiny. so it’s not even worth getting a drink there. For the money we paid I was really disappointed.

Second Time…
Second time at this property. It’s walking distance to many tourist spots, great food, shopping, friendly and lively vibe. Service is 5*, although my overall rating is 4*- one less star because the place needs a fresh coat of paint or two. During our recent visit, The hotel staff always made sure everyone and everything was taken care of. We had meals at the property 75% of the time since we had the all-inclusive package. Good food and drinks- will not complain about anything there. Be sure to make reservations though as there will be some waiting come dinner time. Our lovely Ms Louise at the Oceanside Grill, Izea at Sea Breeze, Roderick at Da Vinci and Ramon at Agave—- top notch service from them! This does not have the bells and whistles neighboring hotels do, but it’s a relaxing spot and easily accessible to many things on the island!

Great location, friendly staff but needs a renovation
This was our first time back in 11 years and although our experience was good, we likely won’t stay here again the next time. The hotel is in a great location, which makes it attractive, but it is in serious need of renovations. The rooms are very dated and the exterior of the buildings are in need of repair. Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready until after 5:30 for check-in. Josh was really great and did his best to appease us with free drink vouchers, and a credit towards our bill. The beach area has a ton of garbage. The staff overall is friendly and accommodating, but we struggled to get drinks at the beach bar. The bellmen, gelato stand and coffee shop staff are super friendly. Overall, we love Aruba and can’t wait to go back!
