    Unacceptable

I checked in for a one night stay this past Saturday... Everything seemed fine when I checked in until I began to see black debri on the bed... I discovered it was coming from the AC unit... I immediately called the front desk to inform them of it and the maintenance guy came pretty quickly which kinda restored my confidence a bit, but the excuses he made irritated me... Anywho, I had to leave my room for about an hour for him to replace this unit... I recieved a call from the hotel with he was finished... I get back to the room to find an even older unit was installed and not only was it blowing out the same blace debri, it was also squeeking loudly the whole time it was on(SMH)... I was too tired to deal with calling them again and even changing rooms, because I'm sure it would have been the same issue... When I called to speak to the manager, initially he took no accountibility at all and all he said was it wasn't common for his hotel and he would check into it... No offer to compensate me at all until I pressed for it... Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel EVER again!!

    Memoriable trip experence

I have stayed at several Holiday Inns but this one stands out. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Let me start by saying restaurant in this hotel deserve a 5 star. It isn't often that you get to meet the Chef. The day we checked in Chef Randy introduced himself and told us we should vist thea restarant for dinner. We decided to give it a try although I am very skeptical about hotel food. My husband tried the Rib eye and I had the crab cakes. The food was so scumptious! Staff where amazing but that food being served is the best.

Great clean hotel with friendly staff

My husband and I stayed for a marriage retreat and the hotel was awesome! Chef randy made yummy breakfast daily (good variety) and Dy Ann and Crystal were very helpful when we dined. The rooms were spotless and they had Bath and Body Works products in the room!! So I Def enjoyed!! We'll be back again!

Our stay was wonderful. The food prepared by Chef Randy was superb! Fresh ingredients and very tasty. Almer was extremely nice and personable. DyAnn was great too! A very positive experience. The room was spacious and exactly what we were looking for.

    Christmas present

The BEST experience I could imagine! My 9 year old daughter asked to stay in a hotel for her big Christmas present. Being a single mom I couldn’t take her far but I hoped this in town hotel wouldn’t disappoint. The manager David made us feel like princesses by giving us the best room! We were in the pool and hot tub all the time! We went to the restaurant for dinner almost every night. The filet was amazing! My daughter loved her meal, THAT WAS FREE!! They even had a trivia game that was so much fun for us and everyone around us. Room was exceptionally clean and staff beyond excellent. Thank you from my daughter and myself!
