Ok to good but not great

It’s a great location for everything and was fine but could do with a freshen up felt a bit tired in the room and in the corridor’s . Bar is pointless but tbh you won’t be hanging about the hotel. Breakfast was fine although as an IHG Diamond member I wasn’t offered free breakfast so I asked and just sensed a little bit of hesitation in giving me it, they offered me water instead, who’s taking a bottle of water as your welcome amenity?? In the morning I was told I could only have the standard breakfast option and wasn’t given a full menu as it was a QR code ( didn’t have my phone) although another paying customer got a hard copy. All a bit bizarre, young lad at breakfast was very good. Based on location and it was ok without being great I’d probably use it again.

    Perfect in every way!

This hotel was exceptional in every way. The location, the friendly staff, the pool, room, the cost, and the parking made this a perfect choice. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Transportation is nearby if needed. We were not bothered by noise because we were tucked away in a quiet location a block away from Bourbon Street.

    Great stay

The room was spacious and beautiful. Very comfortable king bed. Not a fan of the pillows because they were either too firm or too flat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location in the French Quarter so walking is easy. No breakfast included but refrigerator is in the room. I'd definitely stay again!

    Wonderful Stay

This hotel is ideally located in the French Quarter. Everything you'd want to experience is right outside the doors, within easy walking distance. The staff is welcoming and efficient. Crystal and Jazmonique are particularly lovely. We reserved a suite, which was clean and well appointed. Our only concern was that we faced a wall, which made the suite quite dark. Apparently, the suites are all inside- facing so there was not another option. I would have appreciated knowing this upon making the reservation, but lesson learned. Despite this, we enjoyed the room's very comfortable bed and linens. The sitting area was comfortable, with a fridge and coffeemaker. The room was clean and housekeeping was efficient and reliable. The pool area is very pretty. The gentlemen at the valet desk are quite helpful and friendly. Our stay was incredible and we would definitely return!

    Sucky but safe. Good location.

This hotel is in a great location, one block from Bourbon Street, and the staff was fine but I’d never stay there again. I’ve never slept in such a small hard double bed. There’s no way these are standard full size mattresses. You had to get out of bed to turn over. In addition the bathroom was horribly small and worn out. The door only missed the toilet by 1/4 inch. The sink doesn’t drain, there’s no towel bar, hand towel ring etc. We had 3 tissues in the box only, one roll TP and 2-3 squirts of body wash. We ran out of everything. The worst part of the bathroom is that it has a semi transparent glass door that doesn’t lock. You can see your naked family members. We hung a sheet over the door for privacy but they took it when they cleaned the room. The fridge freezes all the sodas. The attached restaurant was so overpriced for Nola. $30.50 for a waffle. And no little shop to buy chips drinks etc, although there were vending machines. Valet was super friendly. Front desk was fine. Didn’t welcome us a members or offer the drink etc but we got the 500 points. It’s not the 1 or two things wrong with it’s the 10 things wrong that added up to make the experience kind of suck.
