I got there late and the agent at the desk was SO nice, the room was excellent and the bed was great! the following morning breeakfast was great and the checkout was quick!!the hotel was right off I-10 and easy to find. I would stay here again and i recommend it to anyone that needs a hotel in that area!

Mar 24, 2025Comfy beds, hotel just needs some TLC
The beds were comfortable, but the room was not as clean as I would expect. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, and the paint/sheetrock is peeling off of the ceiling in the bathroom. Just needs some TLC and maintenance. The breakfast was really good and consistent.

Aug 13, 2024Gross room, AC squealing.
Got a suite. Floor is gross and not vacuumed. Stains everywhere. Couch full of stains. Sticky residue from spilled drinks left on desk and nightstand. Shower was dirty. Bed quilt smelled like it wasn't washed for quite a while. AC making a high pitched whining. Ripped up curtains and bed spreads. I'm getting tired of run down Holiday Inn Expresses. They had a history of maintaining at least a mediocre level of quality and now they've turned into another slummy hit or miss chain.

Avoid this hotel at all costs
The first room we got when we checked in smelledike formaldehyde and the AC wasn't working right (not cooling the room). We asked for a different room and this room had AC that works, but the room smelled like wet dog. The shower had little to no water pressure and when you touched the faucet to turn water on and start tge shower, the entire plumbing fixture would shake bad enough you'd think a burst pipe was about to happen! Breakfast was a joke. They ran out of sausage in the first hour (0700-1000) and didn't bother to put more sausage out! The coffee tasted like dishwater and had grounds in it, and even then, when it ran out, you had to practically beg for more coffee! The eggs were fairly edible but the "omelets" tasted like salty cardboard. Couple all that with an elevator that was so painfully slow, guests were taking the stairs to carry their luggage up to their rooms. The building itself looks dilapidated and in dire need of a renovation. Other HIEs I've stayed are rather nice, but this one has pretty much killed any desire I might have to stay im a HIE ever again. HUGE LETDOWN.

Horrible
Would not recommend! Had to leave- Mold in room which was filthy- hair all on bathroom floor, used toothbrush in shower, the worst room I have ever been given at IHG and am a diamond member. Extremely disappointed . Do Not Stay there.
