Bad WiFi and cell service
It seems odd to complain about something as ubiquitous as internet service, but the service here is just bad. My Verizon service is also not great which is a challenge when I’m staying here for work. Beds are comfy and everyone has been friendly, but it’s difficult to stay for business without better connectivity. I would not stay again.
Made the Concert weekend even better
We came in from Dallas to attend a concert. From the jump, Manuel helped us check in made us feel at easy, he even joked with us about going to the same concert which is awesome. Also Rebecca the night front desk clerk went out of her way to answer questions for us and help us out. Truly an awesome experience. Made the weekend even better. The rooms are nice clean and comfy!
Above Average Holiday Inn Express With Very Nice Staff
We selected this hotel as its location was convenient for our Austin area activities and for leaving towards Dallas. The staff in both the morning and afternoon were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only negative is a temporary one due to construction on the heavily trafficed I-35 frontage road by which one gets to the hotel.
Hotel to get back to!
Close to the I 35, easy to get to, but a little bit noisy. Older facility but very well maintained, updated. Rooms are nice, CLEAN and have comfortable beds.Very good breakfast, very well replenished, tables are getting cleaned. Breakfast staff takes pride what they are doing and it shows!!! Hotel to go back to while in the area.
What a staff
Spent 5 nights. Fresh cookies when we walked in the door and a great breakfast in the morning - select from omelets to fresh pancakes and cinnamon rolls. The rooms were quiet but you right next to I35 - so no views. Rooms are excellent and the cleaning staff was prompt and friendly.
