We enjoyed our stay the moment we checked in at the concierge :) :) and all the days we were here. The front desk and manager was super nice.😍👍😍 ALL the restaurants staff and people working are very friendly and helpful. We did not miss home. Food in the Italian & Mexican restaurant was amazing. Service was excellent too. Thank you everyone for making our stay comfortable. We will recommend to our friends and family.👍😊💕

This resort is a “home run”! Great staff, food, rooms. It’s everything you could want!
This is our 6th or 7th visit. The yoga teacher Wiyo is the friendliest and most welcoming! He remembers us each time we come! All the staff are amazing. Food has never disappointed and the rooms are very comfortable. Property is gorgeous. Plus, it’s a short cab/Uber to the boardwalk area.

Wonderful First-Time Stay in Puerto Vallarta
This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta, and we booked an all-inclusive stay at the Hilton through Costco Travel. From the moment we arrived, the staff—from the front door to the pool, our room, and the restaurants—was amazing. We felt incredibly welcomed and safe throughout our entire stay. The pool area was nice, with easy access to the beach, though the physical structure of the pool could use a little TLC in some spots. That said, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. We also loved the affordable and easy-to-book pool excursions—the local community was so friendly, making our outings even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

Excellent All Inclusive
The service here was first rate. The food was actually above standard for an all inclusive. We did stay in the enclave suites and I highly recommend it. Alejandro in the lounge was so helpful.

Amazing activities - amazing service!
Our stay at the Hilton Puerto Vallarta all-inclusive exceeded my expectations! Activities: The hotel's website didn't really highlight the depth and breadth of activities that were offered all day long, so I was pleasantly surprised. The activities and fitness staff offered SO many options and were SO knowledgeable and fun. I got to try some things for the first time (Kangoo Jump (Bibi) !!!!! Yoga on rafts in the pool (Bibi and Wiyu) !! Fun, silly games in the pool! (Hugo, Yadira, Gema) and engage in other well-liked activities (aqua aerobics, handicrafts, pool volleyball, beach volleyball, bocce, yoga with the above staff and Saul, Blanca, Betzi, Karol). Each activity was ~25-45 minutes, which was perfect. The evening activities and shows were also so impressive rain or shine: dancing, fire stuff, circus, violin and saxophone players, etc. I've always wanted to do a silent disco, and I got to! SO fun! Also - I still had plenty of time to sit and relax by the pool and beach. Service: The entire staff everywhere was so friendly and professional and helpful. It was as if I had to just THINK of something that I would like and someone would be there to ask what I'd like, whether it was to have a(nother) cocktail, squish an extra chair at our table, try a new dish at a restaurant, practice my terrible Spanish even though they all spoke English, offer made-to-order guacamole, help me put up an umbrella next to my lounger at the beach, or help us upgrade my parents' room. We were a group of 10 celebrating my parents' 60th wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to help make it special!! The bartenders had varying levels of expertise, but they were all happy to suggest a new cocktail I might like to try, or follow a recipe I'd find on my phone. Jesus in the Martini Lounge was ESPECIALLY amazing. His cucumber martini was the best I've ever had. He even made an alcohol-free cucumber martini that was out of this world. The staff at the concierge desk were also so helpful and fun. I wish I could remember their names. Food: Although a few of the dishes were just too salty, the vast majority of ALL of the food we ate was delicious. Vela (the buffet place; especially the made-to-order omelets) and Maxal were my two favorite places. Areas for improvement: There could be more hooks or bars in the bathroom for our wet stuff as it was so humid that stuff didn't dry quickly. My room was on the end and had an extra window, which was nice except that it didn't have a blackout shade. I really wished the website had a page with an "example weekly activities" schedule and an "example fitness schedule", etc. Overall - it was a very special week!
