Terrific all inclusive resort.
This was my 3rd time in Puerto Vallarta, so I wanted something that would be on the beach and not too far from the tourist area of the Malecon. Hotel is situated on a hill that is about 7 miles from the downtown area, just a $8.00 USD ride away. This was a great location with two swimming pools, one for adults and one for families. Bali beds are available for an additional cost. It is recommended for at least one day. They are not directly on the beach, so you don't have to worry about getting sand on the bed! You can also draw the curtains to make it more private or keep the sun off you in order not to get sunburned if needed. Pool service is available for drinks and food. Drinks are available whenever you like. The restaurants that I went to, twice to the Mexican and once to the Asian were excellent. Definitely, gourmet, not your typical hotel food. The buffet for breakfast had so many items to choose from. The service in the restaurants, front desk, bellman and rooms was excellent. I'd like to especially commend Esmeralda and Isela in restaurant Vela. They were so friendly, speedy and accommodating for every request made for their section of the restaurant, such a pleasure to speak with both of them to actually get to know them. I originally booked a room with an ocean view and was upgraded to a ocean front balcony room. The room and bathroom were huge. The bed was very comfortable , which made for a great night's sleep. Room had a small room safe and a mini frig that is stocked every day. The hotel is easy to get around and the grounds are well maintained. There is entertainment there every night and they even had fireworks on Cinco de Mayo. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I booked a Delta Vacation package.

Underwhelming Experience
We arrived today with high hopes, but unfortunately, our experience so far fell below expectations. After checking in, we had lunch at Comar. The food was fine, but the staff made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests—they were cold and inattentive from the start. Later, we went to the pool hoping to relax, but there was no one available to serve drinks, and not a single towel in sight. We asked multiple times—politely—for assistance, but were ignored. No drinks, no towels, and no effort to help us. For a place that markets itself as a relaxing getaway, this was anything but. Basic hospitality was completely missing, and the lack of service throughout made our stay frustrating and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Hopefully our experience gets better.

Amazing place to stay with views to beautiful to describe.
I could not have asked for a better place to stay! The staff was so wonderful, kind, and helpful. Everything was perfect! After just a few days the staff at the restaurants and pool started to recognize me and made me feel totally at home. The views from the room, restaurants, and pools were perfect. I can’t wait to come back again.

Kids Club
The Kids Club and the women who work it… I can’t say enough good things about our experience overall, but the ladies, particularly Fatima, really stood out to me when I think back about our trip. We actually felt sad to leave and wanted her to come back to San Diego with us. Haha. We will come back and I hope she’s still there. Thank you for everything, Fatima!!

Birthday Girls Trip
The location was beautiful and the service was excellent. Esmeralda and Pedro always took great care of us at our meals. Jose took great care of us at the pool each day. The beds are comfortable and all of the facilities were clean and well maintained.
