    Nice Time

    This location is in close proximity to Disney Springs and other Disney attractions, area restaurants and shopping. The room was in need of some attention but we enjoyed our time in the pool area, heated pool and hot-tub.

    Close to Disney Springs

    We (3adults) stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to be close to Disney Springs and be away from Disney Hotels. The location is excellent for easy walk across pedestrian bridge to Disney Springs. The grounds and pool at the hotel were well maintained. The restaurant and marketplace had plenty of options for quick meals. They sell Starbucks drinks in the marketplace but aren’t actually a true Starbucks. Pool bar was convenient and bartenders friendly. Nice grassy area with games (corn holes, soccer nets, etc) to entertain kids. Self parking was a little bit of a hike but there is a free shuttle you can take to and from the lot. Sherry, the shuttle driver, was the BEST! Hilton is lucky to employ her! Now for the unacceptable. We are diamond members. I asked for upgrade and they said all they had that night was a room with a better view so we accepted it. The next day I checked in to see if they had any rooms available to upgrade. They said they had 90 checking out but no suites/upgrades available. I went on Hilton App and found they there were several upgrade options available that night. So we were lied to. My husband called and hmm... room became available. I’ve read several reviews about this hotel not treating diamond members as they should. Just FYI

    Th e good, the bad, and the ugly

    I am a loyal Hilton diamond member, who has now stayed at all Hilton options on Walt Disney World property. The ugly: The ugly was the first room they assigned me, it was on the ninth floor directly over the atrium bar and was very loud. It was the size of a postage stamp, and smelled funky. The bad: The bad was aspects of the room we accepted. It had no hot water in the afternoon. The thermostat often would not allow me to go lower to 68°. The sink was a single and had very little counterspace. The pillows have no soft options. The good: Thing that makes it so hard to decide whether to recommend this property is that it also had some very good things going for it. Bus service was convenient and reliable, The pool was lots of fun, the location to Disney springs was excellent. The thing we enjoyed most was the letterpress restaurant. The breakfast staff was fabulous, and the buffet included many More savory items then normal. We also enjoyed dinner here once. Honestly I’m not sure whether we would return, my main advice is don’t except a sub par room.

    Hotel is just OK. Needs updated/renovated.

    Much nicer properties in the area. Pool bar closes way to early. Pool was ok, but again there are much nicer pools at other hotels. We had to stay here for UCA Cheer because it was the host hotel. However, I would not stay here again.

    Diamond = cubic zirconia

    Better get your wallet out, regardless of status. First off, the hotel is in a great location, has a really nice gym and pool. Now for the bad, Diamond status only allowed me to access the 'cold' items on breakfast buffet. An upcharge of $7pp for 'warm' items of bacon and eggs. I also had to lobby to get upgraded to the room I wanted despite minimal occupancy.
