Perfectly relaxing stay
We have nothing to complain about our stay. The room was clean and roomy, and the entire family had a phenomenal experience here. It has many restaurants within 2 miles and even a Kroger store around! Definitely would love to come back next time!

Amazing resort and amazing staff!
We decided to spend 4 days in Myrtle Beach and our travel agent recommended the Hilton Myrtle Beach resort! This resort has been absolutely phenomenal! all of the staff from the shuttle drivers to the valet the front desk and breakfast service have been top notch! our valet actually had our car waiting for us the day we were leaving before we even requested it! The shuttle drivers were awesome and took us to all the places with a smile and good laugh! Food was great. the view was amazing. Would stay again a million times!

Conference
The room I stayed in was remodeled and nicely updated. The front desk was very helpful. (Femi went above and beyond for me. )The housekeeping lady on my floor was very friendly. The food at the conference was good and the serving staff helpful. Thanks!

No hospitality in the hospitality industry
Room okay. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom way too small. Desk staff seemed annoyed about having to arrange for coffee, etc. we requested, keeping in mind during Covid-19 there is no daily room check or cleaning. Just too much for them to hand out coffee packs....so sad. I have to assume they think I'm going to pay for Starbucks in the lobby... but that's a no.

They DO NOT enforce COVID-19 rules
The Hilton website said masks were required for everyone in all in-door locations. Lot's of people not wearing them, the staff was told by management not to enforce the rules or say anything. People on elevators with no masks. Several guests told me they were misled by the website and uncomfortable/unhappy. Also, called a week in advance for a microwave. Assured me one would be in the room, it was not. No attention to details that make a stay enjoyable
