Guard your Belongings - items missing from my room
Upon preparing to check out I realized I was missing some items. I reported the incident to the desk and was given a card to file an online missing report, which I did. I later called the hotel to express my concerns over what had happened. They had head of security call me and she assured me she would investigate and call me back within 48 hours. That was 19 days ago and even after 2 additional voice messages left for her, she did not have the courtesy to call me back!! It is quite obvious to me that Hilton has no concern for the guest who has encountered theft in their hotel.
Valentine's weekend, better than ever!
I just want to take time out to tell you how overly pleased we were with this stay. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves at this resort from our check-in process with Ikea who deserves a noble prize for her amazing hospitality. Recognizing us as Diamond members from beginning to end made us feel exceedingly welcomed. I listened to her check in the guest in front of me, and she amazed me even then. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. You need 10 more of her. Thank you gotta wonderful time, our room OMG SO RELAXING. 2202, A+, thank you! We can't wait to visit again for our 13 year anniversary.
Not worth the money
This hotel is below Hilton standards. I always choose Hilton any where I go because I usually have a great experience. I did my research and looked through photos and thought this hotel would be nice for a weekend getaway. I was sadly mistaken. The lobby was beautiful but the room was terrible. Renovations should have happened 10 years ago. The bathroom and tub were not the cleanest and was so tiny I could barely turn around. There was a leak from the tub that had the wood under the bathroom door totally eaten/rotted away. The curtains did not work and were stuck on the track. There was white build up around the sliding glass door, and the door was hard to open. The furniture on the balcony was filthy and I could make no use of it. Could not enjoy the outdoor view. The carpet was dirty and gave the room a terrible smell. Don’t even try to use the coffee maker, it was filthy and the tray had old crumbs/ dirt from the previous tenant. The restaurant was not opened during the time printed on the room service card, so I was not able to utilize this at all. This place is just old old old and not worth the money spent or the resort fee. This did not feel like a resort at all. It felt like I was at a motel. I won’t be returning here and would not recommend to anyone else.
Poor breakfast buffet. One day no water at all. Next day no hot shower. Service fest could not help. Constructon Noise After 8:00 pm the floor above. Service desk could not help again. Food in the restaurant extremely bad choice and taste. Had to go out to town for dinner. Cold windy room. Heating was not heating the room above 75 degrees and still cold. It's because the room was already paid, and I was not interested to pay a cancellation fee of $75 per day. I would have otherwise left and looking for another hotel. Your hotel will definitely NOT get a positive recommendation from me.
