Save your dollars and stay in more recently built hotels nearby with much better amenities like the JW Marriott

This Hilton hotel like many other in the US are in need of a total renovation and it is shameful of Hilton to let its franchisees get away with it ! I would avoid at all cost this hotel and stay instead at the Hyatt Regency or JW Marriott or Intercontinental hotel !

    Don't stay here

The receptionist is very rude. She barely lifted her eyes when I ask her things. The air dryer handle is so gross that no one should touch it. The bathtub sink is clogged. You will be standing in your bathwater when taking a shower. Don't stay here.

No heat available this time of year

The hotel staff are excellent and accommodating. However, it’s 45 degrees outside and we were told there is no heat available. A portable heater was not offered but was available upon request. Everything is clean, but really run down on the floors for a Hilton. The hallway rugs look like the Monster Energy drink labels. Again, staff is great, but freezing all night is miserable. We won’t stay here again.

Mixed review. The good and disappointing

It’s a Wonderful bed. The room was very clean. Food in the restaurant was really good. I wish I had read the description before I realized the breakfast was not included. The other hand is that the walls are paper thin. Every noise in neighboring rooms and the hall reverberated.

    Needs Major Updates

I stayed here as a Diamond member and received an “upgraded” room, but unfortunately, the hotel is extremely old and dated—definitely in need of major renovations. The room was uncomfortably hot, and there was no AC at all. When I asked about it, they brought a fan to my room, explaining that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning during the winter months. That made sleeping very difficult. The bathroom was very small and cramped, and overall, the room didn’t feel like a comfortable or modern space. It seems like this hotel might have been nice back in the '90s, but it hasn’t kept up. The restaurant food was overpriced and not great quality. On a positive note, the shuttle drivers were excellent—friendly and professional—and the front desk staff was polite and helpful. Sadly, that’s not enough to bring me back. I won’t be returning to this location.
