Quick and easy airport transportation
Great airport transportation. I arrived at Melbourne airport and had a room booked at this Hilton. After calling the front desk to request a shuttle, Malcom arrived and took me on a quick trip to the hotel. He was knowledgeable about the area, recommending nearby restaurants and providing information on requesting future shuttle trips.

Be prepared if you HAVE to stay here!
What should have been a 2-hour ride in for a soccer tournament, turned into 6 hours due to a very bad accident shutting down the highway. As you can imagine, we were all exhausted and just wanted to get to our room. I checked in just before midnight on a Friday and was "greeted" by the front desk clerk, Amie. At first, she couldn't find my reservation and told me I was giving her the wrong number which was all that I had from an email. After finding it, I questioned the fee because once again, that was not what my email said the price was going to be per night. She was snippy and said back, " if you let me speak that's what I was about to tell you." Had she started with what the fees and additional charges are than just expecting me to swipe my card and ask later, this exchange wouldn't have taken place. After viewing the room, I was not excited to go back and tell her that we, as a family of 5, do not fit in this room. I stated on the reservation we had 5 people. Why was I not informed they couldn't accommodate us, or a couch wasn't available? My son received a broken down, ripped cot and sheets, not even a blanket!! I had to request more towels and a remote as ours was missing. They were clearly not ready for us! The prices for the drinks and snacks were outrageous; $6 for an apple juice is absurd. Be prepared and bring your own. A buffet breakfast was served at a hefty cost. Just about $20 per person. I truly think it's because they are close to an airport, and some might not have other options for a hotel so they think they can get away with pricing everything high because you won't have a choice.

Excellent Shuttle Service from Malcom
The customer service at the Hilton hotel has been exemplary! Malcom, who worked for the shuttle service, made our stay super easy and convenient. My mom and her friend both had scooters, and he helped us not only pack it into the vehicle but helped them in and out the vehicle. He was very informative on local stores and entertainment, as well as the history of the town. 10/10 would recommend!

The shuttle service for the hotel was fantastic. There was a gentleman named Malcolm who went above and beyond. It was incredible. Best service I’ve ever had at a hotel he was fantastic! Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice. It was clean and it was the best night sleep. I’ve had in a long time. PS I love love love the comforters.

A wonderful respite from the hurricane!
We recently evacuated from our beachside condo during Hurricane Milton and we could not have imagined a better place to escape "to" than the Hilton Rialto. Everyone was extremely kind, beginning at check-in until we checked out two days later. In what is typically a very stressful situation, the staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure our comfort - even though they were facing the same fears and concerns from the impending hurricane as the guests. Thank you very much to the team at Hilton Rialto, we sincerely appreciate everything they did to make our stay as "pleasurable" as possible.
