Clean and comfortable
Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool is across the driveway and no shade so be careful! Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom is a bit outdated but that would be the only con and did not impact our stay in anyway. Starbucks is in the lobby so was nice for coffee/tea in the morning.

Hilton Melbourne
Quick check in. Brittney is very nice and professional. She seems to take pride in giving you the best room for your needs. She follows up once you check in to insure that everything is ok. That’s appreciated. She’s checked me in a few times and seems to remember me. Hilton hotels need more like her! This hotel is in a good location. I’m in the Melbourne area a lot. It meets my needs when in Melbourne and one of the hotels that I frequent. The housekeeping staff is terrific! Always friendly and helpful. The young lady at the hotel lobby Starbucks is sweet and friendly as well, she keeps up with the long line of patrons early in the morning. This hotel does need some updates as it’s showing some wear. And bringing back the executive lounge would be great. I thought I might mention that recently they’ve add a charge for parking. This doesn’t make sense as it’s a large parking lot and they allow people to park for flights. I would say Hilton customers first and free. Again, for these frequent visits to the area, this Hilton meets my needs. The staff here is Hilton’s biggest asset!

Great staff!
I stayed the night before my event and as usual it was very comfortable. I hosted an event the next day which I do every year for the past 15 years at this hotel. The staff, food and venue are always top notch. The communication with the office staff were superior.

Convenient Location, Good Facilities, Great Staff
This is a great place to stay for business when in Melbourne. I've stayed here several times for work and had a good experience each time. The rooms are good sized, floor to ceiling windows, and the breakfast buffet is great, although expensive. You can't go wrong staying here.

Catering Business Meeting
I worked with Ann Feroce the Catering Sales manager to set up a catered meeting event at the Hilton and everything from start to finish was fantastic. Ann was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for future events when the time comes. We had a mix up (on our end) and Ann was quick to jump in and help and was able to help fix OUR mistake. The food was fantastic, service was great. Ann & her team were great to work with!!
