    Great Stay

    Awesome stay, great location. Enjoyed restaurants on premises, amenities and cleaning staff does a great job in the room. Walking distance to things and bus service. Liz at front desk is beyond friendly and helpful! Thank you Liz for great customer service

    Tropics Bar Breakfast.

    Breakfast in the Tropics grill was very good. I had the Hawaiian Eggs Benedict. The pulled pork instead of ham was a really nice change. Brian A was really good at his job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He anticipated our questions and really made us feel welcome.

    Disappointed

    Just a hotel. Pools are small and don’t accommodate all guests. Hotel had a mega conference during our stay that we were not informed about. Getting elevator to lobby or room became a mad house. Pools and restaurants closed to paying guests for ‘special’ events. Wish hotel would inform guests the hotel would be taken over. Wouldn’t have paid more money to stay here over other options

    What a location

    I’m not normally a resort kind of guy, but the Hilton Hawaiian village was pretty awesome. I was there for a conference, and my advice - if you want a quiet get away, check that there are no conferences on. Trying to get a drink or table would be just about impossible. But what a location! Special shout-out to my house keeper Xiao Xu, the room was immaculate.

    Exceptional service and great location

    Stayed Ali Tower for three days weekend, have to say the place is a little bit dated, a remodel is much needed, however, I still had a pleasant stay. Want to shout out Chad who works at the front desk for making this experience exceptional. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He even provided me restaurants/activities that I should consider while staying here! Also the cleaning lady who did a fantastic job every day cleaning my room.
