Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival to the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy such as Fitness Classes, Surf Lessons and more can be booked at an additional cost.

    Beware of valet parking

    The best part of the stay was the hotel itself and the balcony. The room quality was great; the service was terrible. Vallets scratched our rental car and then decided to act like it wasn't their fault. Vallets touched our car touchscreen to turn on music, even though I'm pretty sure valets aren't supposed to mess up their client's car. We had Bluetooth on before, and nobody else had access to our car besides the valets. I understand the valets were trying their best but scratching our rental car? Might've been just an accident. I'd change the fact that valets aren't taking their job seriously. Sure, a car scratch is minor, but what happens if a valet decides to be careless? Great hotel, great view, great spot, and okay service to put it lightly.

    Great base in Waikiki

    Excellent hotel, close to everything and a short walk to the beach. Very helpful staff, especially Josie who looks after the Lobby. I only had 2 nights here on this trip, but they were flawless. Typically Hilton to put effort into recruit 5* guest-facing staff in every department.

    Business traveler I don't have any photos oh maybe I'll add a photo let's see

    I love this place they're so good at helping you out in fact Josie was a great help when I first arrived and it's always a pleasure to see her. She's always working so hard! And everybody else is great. The front desk was very nice and the housekeeping seems to be doing a great job. The valet didn't have my car ready but I'll give him another chance tomorrow morning! Having a great time recommended.

    Five stars across the board

    This hotel is perfect for everything you’d need in vacation. Walking distance to the beach, central to all of the best restaurants and all kinds of shopping centers nearby. Not to mention, our PHENOMENAL housekeeper (Maria) made us feel right at home!

    Be warned, they are monitoring you!

    Apparently they have installed some devices in the rooms to detect if you smoke or vape. I have no problem with this, but they don't tell you and charge you during your stay via text! No warning of additional monitoring devices in your room, what next? Cameras? The air conditioner pulls in air from outside and pulled in smoke from neighbors balcony. Guess who got charged! So on top of it the tech is faulty. Perhaps if I didn't have to run the AC all the time, it wouldn't have happened... AC runs CONSTANTLY.
