Service was great but actual hotel was mid!
Melody was great and took excellent care of our room! Hotel rooms need to be renovated. Staff is very friendly but more can be offered for the actual living quarters. I was not really disappointed but I was far from impressed. Can’t say that this place is at the top of my list for future visits but try it for yourself!

The people places this business above others
Once again, I've found myself in Waikiki. Enjoyed my stay and the sun, but this trip around I was reading in the lobby and I was blessed enough to see an employee of the hotel greeting guests and having discourse while achieving her duties of keeping the lobby orderly and neat. She eventually reached my location and we had a very productive exchange. This lady, Josie, exemplifies that I feel a majority of the hotels have very little of, Ggenuine ambassadors of the brand which they represent and add that personalized professional touch that has guests returning again and again. I can stay anywhere and receive vending machine style service, but with Josie's personal touch and professional acumen, I am sure to have found value in my stay here and will stay again. Thanks Josie. GcB, MBA CFM PMP

The old bait and switch
If it wasn't for the bait and switch on the parking I might have said this was average. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet. But should it take four minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower? Having a relative in the business, it is quite a complicated issue with pumps and valves to provide water, hot and cold in hotels. So maybe the management doesn't want to spend the money there thinking who will notice. But when you have to wait that long and then the pressure isn't much to talk about, people do notice. And the final straw was having to pay for self parking, when the web site says it is free. The front desk said, it's a problem with the website and they're changing it. Well, until it is fixed don't charge. All in all, can't recommend this place. Better options in the area certainly.
