For each night of stay (with a fully paid resort fee) every guest room will receive 3 daily credits that can be applied towards rentals to include: Bodyboards, Paddleboards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach Toys, and more! Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival to the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy such as Fitness Classes, Surf Lessons and more can be booked at an additional cost.

Wonderful Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki From the moment I arrived at the valet drop-off, I felt very welcome. The attendant was friendly and even helped store my luggage while I waited for my room to be ready. I arrived early from the airport around 12 noon, and although check-in time was 3 PM, the front desk kindly checked me in and offered to hold my bags. While waiting, I had lunch at the Fire Grill next to the lobby. On the way to the restroom, I met a kind lobby staff member named Josie—a fellow Filipino. We had a short and warm chat about Manila. She asked if I already had my room and when I said it wouldn’t be ready until 3 PM, she offered to help. Around 1:30 PM, she said she would check with her friend at the front desk to see if a room was available earlier. Later, Josie came to the restaurant and brought me to the lobby, where she introduced me to Juni, another friendly Filipina at the front desk. Juni was very helpful and found a nice room for me right away. About the hotel: The hotel is very clean and feels new. The air-conditioning is easy to use and keeps the room at a perfect temperature. The bed is soft and comfortable—I slept very well every night. The pillows and linens were always fresh, and housekeeping did an excellent job, even replacing towels daily. The bathroom and shower area were spotless. The location is also great—close to shopping malls, local stores, and restaurants. Overall: I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is excellent. I would definitely recommend Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki to my friends. – Daniel Dalisay Starmedia Entertainment

Great stay. Excellent customer service.
We received excellent customer service during our stay. We had an issue that cropped up (as they often do). The staff went above and beyond to make it right. We are very satisfied. I’m a Hilton Gold Elite. We got an upgrade to an ocean view room for my status. Also, it is a stellar location being so close to the “main” part of Waikiki (by the Surfrider, Royal Hawaiian, tons of shops, etc)

Staycation
We appreciate Juni for being Friendly and taking care of us. Very welcoming and giving us a great smile everytime. Definitely high recommended hotel . Shout out to Gabe too , He greeted me with a big smile and easy to ask questions. We Love the chocolates also.

Wonderful
Had a very nice time Staff is really good, especially Señora Josie who helped us with our baby who is just 10m old. Location of the hotel is also very good. Right in the heart of Waikiki where one can find all the action. Will definetely stay in this place if I plan my travel again in future.

Great affordable Waikīkī
We stayed at the Hilton for spring break. It was so much fun. There is a cool vibe, great pool party and bar, family friendly and close to all the shops and beach on Waikiki. Our room was very clean but a bit musty smelling from the damp and the breakfast downstairs was not our favorite. Overall we had a great stay.
