Max is the best!
Just arrived and off to an amazing start, with Max at the front desk working his magic to get us in our room before check in! The room is beautiful and the resort is spectacular! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to enjoy the next three days!

In need of repairs and deep cleaning
The hotel definitely needs deep cleaning. We are frequent travelers to Cancun, this was our first stay at a Hilton being we are Honor members we decide to try it out. We we will not be returning. This hotel is definitely kid friendly there were more kids then adults. The first day we arrived a child pooped in one of the toddler pools it was addressed and scooped out. But they never closed the pool down. The Vela Buffet does not have many options, it's definitely repeated food. My kids love the buffets in Cancun but definitely not this one. The walls in the Vela Buffet that are going into the kitchen are dirty and beat up. I will attach pictures from our room. We did not complain about our Balcony because we made the best of it for our kids. The restaurants had delicious food. You do need reservations which was a little hard to do, I had a group of 6. Now these are the people that really made our stay alot better. Pedro Kinil from the poolside was super attentive. Any drink you needed he was on it. Edgar in the Maxal restaurant give us a great experience. Really friendly guy. The ladies that work the Lobby at night super attentive. Benjamin from the breakfast Buffet super cool guy. He already knew what you needed before asking.

Overcrowded and Chaotic – Not the Relaxing Experience We Were Looking For
We decided to check out the Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort, during our stay at the Waldorf Astoria, hoping for a change of scenery and a potential day pass. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed. The resort was sheer chaos, and it felt like the hotel was overbooked. Every pool and restaurant appeared to be at full capacity, with guests crowded everywhere. Instead of the relaxing, luxurious environment we were hoping for, the Hilton Cancun felt overwhelming and hectic. It was not the peaceful, laid-back experience we were looking for. While the resort might be a great fit for guests who enjoy a bustling, high-energy atmosphere, it simply didn’t meet our expectations for a calm, enjoyable day pass. For us, this wasn’t the right place to unwind, and we’ll be sticking to quieter, more serene resorts for our future visits.

5 star review for Many
Many one of the pool staff took great care of our needs all week! Many’s service was quick and he was very knowledgeable regarding many of the questions we had about the hotel and its surroundings. I would highly recommend Many and this place and I would give a 5 star review to all the friendly staff!
