Wonderful stay, the food was great, Max was wonderful in helping with move out process! Keep up the good work ! Would love to come back in the future. The staff at the lobby bar were always so kind and entertaining! Specifically I would like give a thumbs up to Miguel, Eduardo, and Moises! We had a wonderful time and will be leaving with many happy memories.

Hilton Cancun offered the best first time experience at this location. I was somewhat worried about how far everything seemed to be from this location, however, my partner and I planned to just have a relaxing two days before head back home after being in Playa de Carmen (which was another fantastic Hilton property). Not only were the amenities everything you needed but the staff made it just as special. I would love to give a big shout out to both bartenders Miguel and Edgar! They made our experience there feel more welcoming and special. Both hard working and humble individuals. The drink were phenomenal never to much of something or less but just right. Late night service food was top notch as well as the pool side service, this is something Hilton Cancun had the upper hand on Playa de Carmen. I wish I caught the poolside service staff’s name, I believe it was Andres but either way all pool attendants were tentative to guest. Sad we weren’t able to try Le Luce as they had to unexpectedly close due to technical issues, however, the Boho night was not disappointing! Loved the outside seating. The weather was just perfect and the view was nothing less than beautiful. Loved the evening activities filled with artisan vendors, entertainers and dancing. I feel with how well this place ran it made for all guest to be such great mood and made for easy and fun conversation amongst us all. Definitely met a lot of lovely individuals that were also there for some fun and relaxation. Will be returning and hope that is in the near future.

Exceptional Service at Hilton Cancun!
My wife and I visited Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive Resort for a business trip and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service. Our server, Naidelin, went above and beyond—she was warm, attentive, and made us feel like part of the family. Her hospitality truly stood out and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort, especially if you’re lucky enough to be taken care of by Naidelin!

Kids Club
I would like to recommend the kid’s club. The place is very clean and well organised. They have very fun activities every day. I child loves it. We met their professional team - Arge, Dani, Nath, Ale, Dixie, Rubi and Grissel. They all are very kind, respectful and responsible. I highly recommend their service.

Great time at Hilton all inclusive in Cancun
We really want to give a shout out to Joel Wendy and Milton for their amazing job!!! They were personable friendly and gave us great tips to make the best margaritas in Mexico!!! We truly enjoyed our time with them during our visit to the Hilton hotel!! Keep it up guys and we look forward to coming back!!!
