Our server Mishell of Maxal Resto was very attentive and efficient on getting and serving our orders. She’s amazing! Everybody was nice and professional. Great Mexican food experience. Our food was served wuickly and the Beef Tenderloin was succulent and tender! A must try! Highly recommended!

Mishell was Amazing!
Mishell who was our waitress at the Maexl Restaurant at the Hilton Rivera at Cancun and she was AMAZING!!! So polite and constantly coming back to us to check on us and then after everything was said and done she brought out the staff to sing to my daughter on her birthday 🎂. We had such a great evening and we highly recommend asking for her! And the food was good too but the highlight was definitely her and her cheerful, energetic and amazing aura made our experience worth while...

Highly recommend Maxal Restaurant
The dining experience at Maxal restaurant was truly remarkable, marked by both exceptional food and outstanding service. Our server, Mishell, went above and beyond to ensure that our meal was perfect. From her thorough knowledge of the menu to her attentive and friendly demeanor, Mishell made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. The dishes were not only delicious but also presented beautifully. Overall, it was a delightful evening that exceeded our expectations in every way.

Location was decent, rooms were clean and bathrooms are kept in excellent shape...special shout out to the Kid's club team (Arge, Dani, Nath, Ale, Dixie, Ruby, Gris) ...this team was awesome amd our son Demir wanted to spend all day every day at the club! Italian restaurant was amazing; Milton and his entire team took a very good care of us.

Relaxed and refreshed
We have had a wonderful time celebrating our wedding anniversary. The resort is beautiful, the staff have been amazing and attentive to our every need. The hotel had chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling wine delivered to our room to help us celebrate our anniversary. It was such a beautiful touch to our trip. The room overlooking the pool and ocean is great. I have enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and enjoying the breeze. It is comfortable and quiet. They have also had great entertainment in the evenings. It has been a wonderful and relaxing visit. I am looking forward to the next trip and I would definitely come back to this resort.
