We had a great experience at Sunan restaurant, they had great sushi and fried rice! Jose, wis, Fernando and Fernandez were great host ?very pleasant and will do anything to make you feel at home. The breeze in the restaurant is amazing too!!!

Excellent customer service, beautiful property, wonderful family vacation experience
This hotel has top-notch customer service, especially for an all-inclusive stay. After a few hiccups at check in, the concierge, Maria, was responsive right away, responding to emails and meeting with us in person. She then handled all of our dinner reservations for the trip, secured my husband and me a tequila tasting, and checked in regularly to ensure that our stay met our standards. Guadelupe at the Asian restaurant, Sunan, was outstanding, paying particular concern to my serious peanut allergy. He went so far as to ensure my wontons were fried in a separate pan that had not been used with peanut oil. David, who handled the tequila tasting, was also superb, taking his time to explain the history of tequila and the various options we tried. The best service of all was from Amir, who met us at dinner each night with wine recommendations and to make sure the meals were extra special. Beyond the customer service, the hotel is beautiful and clean. There are plenty of chairs poolside and Oceanside, and waiters and waitresses come by regularly to refill drinks and make sure you are ok. Each restaurant has good selections for both adults and children, along with quality wait staff. There are a variety of excursions that you can take from the hotel. We chose to tour the cenotes, which was about 45 minutes from the hotel and half a day touring the caves, snorkeling, ziplining, and enjoying a taco lunch. Our 4 night, 5 day stay was perfect, especially with direct flights both ways. We will happily come back and highly recommend this resort.

Fantastic resort and a great vacation
Hilton Cancun is a fairly new, all-inclusive resort. It's clean, it's very large, and it has everything you can possibly want. The food is very good at the main restaurant as well as all of the food outlets throughout the resort. The beach is nice and it even has a secured area so you can swim out. The pools are fun with lots of amenities bars and food stations. It's very secure as its quite a ways from the main road so its very safe. It is also close to downtown Cancun if you want to go to town or get out on some excursions. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful, modern, spacious and really easy to relax and feel rested. Nothing negative to say about the stay here.

Jose Luis is wonderful waiter at Sunan!! Great service everywhere, all the restaurants, bars, pool service. Great attention to details! Very clean and well kept grounds and buildings. Great attention to details. Perfect weather! Blue water, nice breeze!

Fun resort for all ages
This resort had something for everyone to do and enjoy. Each night had different events that everyone could enjoy. Their staff was always positive and ready to assist. Especially the breakfast crew Abraham, Julio, Adrian, Vensu and Federico. Anything you needed they were ready to make sure you were happy. With the Kids Club it gave parents a chance to enjoy a quiet dinner too.
