Had an amazing time at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach
My overall stay was amazing as usual! Alex and Hector helped us at the hotel with our bags when leaving. Alex especially was a delight. He was friendly and very informative. The hotel need more people like Alex working. He was very professional and his customer service skills was great! We can’t wait to come back again to the hotel . We are regulars that come every year. Thank you
Nice day at the beach
Alex was very friendly and great! Service was great! Nice view of the beach, chairs were comfy and the umbrella is convenient. Will definitely be back again. Alex made me and my friends stay one of a kind! Thank you!
This is by far the worst valet I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give them a 0 a would. We waited 30 minutes AFTER using their text to phone rule and then received a message saying they were not able to get our car to try again in 10 minutes. There was another family that was waiting 45 minutes for their car and they STILL hadn’t received it. We stayed 3 days at the hotel and every time we had to deal with the car it was a bad experience.
Great hotel and staff. As a diamond member for more than 10 years, I was actually surprised at how great everyone was. Pool movie was Mulan, great time had by all!!! Beach was perfect and well maintained. The food and staff were fantastic.
My husband travels a ton for work and we end up traveling a lot as a couple/family. Our preference is typically a Hilton hotel and this one did not disappoint! The hubs and I stayed here for a long weekend (8/27-9/1) for my belated birthday. Everyone was incredibly nice! We had a great room on the 6th floor with a nice balcony (two lounge chairs and a table and two chairs) overlooking the third floor pool AND ocean. The hotel was very clean from the rooms, to the lobby and both pools. Housekeeping was being offered in the rooms at your request, or you could just request towel service if you wanted fresh towels. The beach access was fantastic and the area they had was kept nice and never overcrowded. If you go to the beach they have chairs available that you can use (two per room). You may rent an umbrella for $19/day which is well worth it. There were also cabanas available at the beach for $80/day (I believe). We did not take advantage of those as we were content with the chairs and umbrella. They have food and drink service to the beach and both pools which, again - totally worth it. We could not get enough buckets of beer and if the ice ran low they were quick to refill! You could rent a cabana at the lower pool for a day at a $100 rental fee. Of all of the things they had going at this place, I did think that $100 was a little steep considering the only thing included in that was two bottles of water; however, you certainly do not have to rent a cabana! That was our choice to do so and the rental fee was not kept a secret - we knew up front what we were paying for. The restaurant on site was open for outdoor dining only, which was totally fine by us as we wanted to be outdoors. Their hours were slightly limited (no breakfast and open from 11-6), but given the current circumstances it was totally understandable. Service at the outdoor portion was fantastic and the food was great! You are within walking distance to several restaurants, a convenience store, Starbucks... there is plenty close by where you can get food and snacks if the restaurant was not open, most of which we were able to get with Uber Eats or Door Dash. There is even more to do within a short driving distance so, again, not a big deal. Overall we were totally impressed by this Hilton and the staff was all amazing. We literally did not encounter one rude person along the way (which is why some of the negative reviews on here are killing me - and my husband and I have been to a lot of places and have pretty high expectations!!). The beach was beautiful. The pools were super clean and very inviting. There were perks for Diamond members, some of which we did take advantage of and others we did not need to. We had a great time and I did not see a place nearby that I would rather stay. I will definitely be back!!
