    Armando Meza at Zen was the best server/waiter we could have ever asked for. Made our trip that much better!!

    Armando Meza at Zen made our dining experience so enjoyable and fun. So accommodating and engaging and made everyone feel special! Fantastic time for our entire group of 12 of all ages!! The trip was great and having people on staff makes it so much better!!

    Not worth it and unhappy staff

    Majority of the staff don't want to be here and not attentive. Diamond upgrade is not worth it and butler service does not exist. Room service took 3hrs and best. Would not recommend no upgrades. Best was swim up pool and resorts have that but paid extra for the room.

    Worst vacation i ever had!

    This was the worst vacation I have ever had! The first night was so bad because the room was not clean and I nearly had an asthma attack due to the mold n mildew in the room. The bed linen had old mold stains as well as the blankets. The power went out twice! Once while we were on the escalator. The food was terrible and they was feeding people something that wasn't meat. I encountered a family of raccoons by the pool area, it was horrible. And the staff was not friendly or professional some was downright miserable when serving on the food truck by the pool. Since my daughter booked it for her birthday I tried to make the best of it. And they made my daughter sign a disclosure not to post about the horrible experience. People should know about how bad this place is before spending alot of money for "luxury" they do not provide.

    Terrible in every way and I’m still here...

    6/28/25 From check-in onward, the service and conditions have been far below the standards expected of a reputable brand like yours. Below are the major issues encountered on Day 1 of my stay: 1. Room Assignment & Sleeping Arrangements: - At check-in, the front desk failed to disclose the room type assigned. We were given a king bed room despite booking for three people - The sofa bed was filthy and unusable. Staff claimed they would send someone to clean/make it up—no one arrived - We requested a rollaway bed which has yet to be delivered as of this writing. Day 2 no roll away bed again , went downstairs twice they said they put it in went to room nothing. Last night i finally got someone to help me who did have them do it. Unprofessional & Rude Staff: Front Desk:With the exception of Giovanni who was helpful), other staff like Sergio were dismissive and unaccommodating regarding our room issues. Dining Staff:Arriving 30 minutes before closing we were met with disgusting rudeness from waiters who refused to take drink orders. Only Marcelino provided exemplary service, ensuring my family (including our children) This is JUST DAY 3 we are still Here.. yesterday we paid for a cabana no service came when the waitress came over she was rude and yelling at us. I expressed to a manager i wanted someone different. When he assigned another waiter the waiter said " well I’m your waiter now cause you complained " how UNPROFESSIONAL. We weee basically blackballed from the pool no one would wait on us and the captain had to bring our drinks and food. The waiter told us " i don't do food " why are we paying $180.00 for service if we have to go get our food and drinks ourselves. No one cares either you complain and they just look at you. I hope the remainder of our stay improves, but as of now, this has been a terrible first impression and TERRIBLE SERVICE I expect a prompt response detailing how you will rectify these issues. I still have 2 more days god help me

    Food Poisoning

    Food poisoning!! The food at this resort was horrible They serve very bland and cold food to guest. It’s difficult to obtain reservations at the restaurants and some restaurants are restricted to club members only. At a large resort like this, guests should have access to all of the restaurants for quality food. On our last day, we woke up to horrible nausea and diarrhea from the food. I will NEVER visit this resort again!
