Rude, Non responsive staff!
Where do I begin. The resort itself was clean. That’s where the good ends. I’ve been to Montego Bay 5 times and stayed at 5 different resorts. This is by FAR the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. I’m typically not a “leave a review” person, but this place is so bad something must be said. While the resort grounds are clean, the staff is extremely rude, lazy and not willing to be helpful. We ordered room service two and the food never showed up. Our shower had no hot water the entire stay. The elevators were slow. On four separate occasions we ordered drinks from the pool wait staff and they never showed up with the drinks. We had a dinner reservation at Zen for 8:30 and were seated at 9:15. I slipped into a pool drain and cut my leg up because the lifeguard failed to do his job. As my leg is bleeding the lifeguard says “it’s fine you’re fine”. It took security 35 mins to come for me to fill out an incident report. The list goes on! This isn’t even all of it. To say this place was an epic failure is an understatement. It’s suppose to be non-smoking yet people were smoking cigarettes and weed everywhere. Save your money. The biggest issue is the lack of response from the staff. They are AWFUL and rude!!

A MOVIE WITH EVERY LIGHT POSSIBLE! Its been amazing
My room is amazing, from the room to the pool side! Everything has been fantastic i have met a guy named Travis and he has been such a fantastic and honorable person! He helped me, Also have me Malish and Dayne And Adrian has helped me tremendously on this trip and made my first time to jamaica Amazing, my only concern is The hot tub, i was looking to it and it does not work. The food was freaking fantastic! The MVP’s to my trip was Adrian Travis and Malish, and the DJ! dayne! They deserve a huge hug and a tilt of the hat. they made my first time experience the most amazing ever!

travis was amazing and the water aerobics was so so fun! the rooms are awesome and the pool is active all the time. The drink are awesome and the customer service is TOP TIER

WORSE THAN THE BATES MOTEL
HORRIBLE resort in terrible disrepair. Seriously, It feels like the hotel has never been properly maintained. If you've ever heard the term, "slapping lipstick on a pig." that defines this resort. It's good from a far, but far from good. God help you if you have any kind off problem or issue with your room, cause you are screwed. Like many others on here, I had horrible problems with my air conditioning. The AC kept dripping from the ceiling and creating puddles on the floor. We called down to the front desk every ay, multiple times a day about this, but they either would placate us with, "maintenance will be up," but they would never show . or they just wouldn't answer the phone. Another friend had the same issue and it also went ignored. It baffles me how they can say this resort was renovated in Nov. 2023, and a little more than a year later it is falling apart. I have traveled all over the world, have stayed at dozens of all inclusives and I have never encountered one that does everything sooooooo wrong. I am SHOCKED that Marriott allows this hotel to be a part of its autograph collection, it should be in their incompetence collection. The food is horrible, the drinks are watered down with cheap liquor, non of the restaurants or common areas have air-conditioning, the water barely works, the alarms are constantly going off, if you walk down the halls room service trays are left outside doors for HOURS, or pilled up in the stairwell attracting bugs. Literally EVERYTHING about the place is a complete $hit show. Oh and the room service is ATROCIOUS. I ordered a cheeseburger at 8:pm. Kept trying to call to see where it was, but no one would pick up, finally I get a call at midnight asking if I still wanted it. Then it showed up at 1:30AM and was inedible. I would HATE to see people waste their hard earned money on a place like this. Blue Diamond Resorts, Marriotts and WestJet, who owns all the Blue Diamond Resorts should eb ashamed of themselves. I would equate this resort to buying a used car, but the dealer never telling you it had a bad transmission until you left the lot. My advice is run away from this hotel as fast as possible. There are MUCH nicer resorts in Jamaica for better amenities for much less money BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!
