Jun 14, 2025Jamaica All Inclusive Trip in May 2025
We had an okay time. I did not feel safe as we were not able to lockout the staff from our room with the deadbolt lock. It appeared that this is not an option with their standard setup with the electronic lock that opens with your waterproof bracket/room key. Top self drinks was not included with the all inclusive price. We only had Red Stripe beer provided in our room's mini refrigerator outside of water and soda. There was no excursions included in the price and the only included non motorized water equipment available to us was kiayacs and stand up pattleboards. We had a hard time understanding where things were located. We would like to recognize Sharlene who sales wine on the family side who actually took the time to give us a quick tour and pointed out the locations and the types of food available to us at all of their restaurants. Since this was our second time at an all inclusive in Jamaica we would rate this one as average for the price that we paid. Sharlene was the only staff member who showed genuine compassion for our concerns. However, the room service was excellent except they did not have any non pork meats available for breakfast. The Jerk Hut was awesome we eat lunch there everyday at 12:30 pm. At the Spa the massages and pedicures that we had were outstanding they were worth the additional cost. They also had complimentary shows every night which was good entertainment for us. The Romantic Dinner on the beach was an awesome experience and it was worth the additional cost.

My instructor Jerome was super fantastic. Very friendly and fun. We did the kickboxing and I kicked that bag arse lol.. I will see them every morning for some fun in the sun until my departure. Thanks for making my stay amazing

Maydean Vernon’s beach butler service at Royalton Hideaway was absolutely outstanding. She made sure I had everything I needed while at the beach area. She ensured me and my team members had refreshing drinks in the sun. Her friendly and attentive nature turned the day into a truly memorable experience. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Maydean is a true gem!❤️💯

Enjoying myself at the hideaway resort ! Nice views loving it…The fitness centre is great my Man Jerome was very helpful and pretty knowledgeable about his job.The machines are clean it’s just great here in Ja.

Fitness on Vacay
Jerome and Whitney are great, gentle and kind instructors. A little heat and power with plenty of stretching, hip openers and relaxation. Thank you for keeping me fit while on vacay!
