Paulo , Denise, Kevin and the rest of the staff were completely remarkable we were left wanting for nothing. These staff members deserve praise for their service and their wonderful disposition. Not only was the room perfect and the amenities but we really felt like we had seclusion and inclusion altogether. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully every year to come to celebrate this beautiful time.

Rafael at Olios
Rafael at olios is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond. Haven is worth it just for his service!!! Food is amazing but service is top tier. This is exactly what my party and I imagined and more. Thank you so much for being the absolute best!

The Best Dinner Experience I've Ever Had. Rafael Made Me Feel So Special On My 30th Birthday! 10/10 The Lobster Tail Was Phenomenal! The Wine Choices Were Also Amazing! Such A Romantic And Exquisite Experience. Rafael Also Made Me Laugh And Made This Night Exactly What I Needed! Best Vacay And Resort!

Rafael provided for our group an incomparable experience! We had such a great meal and the service was OUTSTANDING! He made our birthday guest feel incredibly special and took incredible care of us the whole way! RAFAEL IS THE BEST! He sold us two incredible wines to pair with our meal and deserts and exposed us to the delicious Mexican wines we had never tried before!

May 13, 2025A TOUCH OF HAVEN....
We recently returned from staying a week at The Haven adults only resort. The overall resort was very clean and well kept, rooms were very roomy and comfortable. The mini fridge was always stocked each day. I like that each room had a clothes steamer, the maid service was terrific. We had a minor hiccup with the room check-in and we had to switch rooms because of an electrical problem, the situation was corrected very quick. Sandra at the front desk was so helpful and made the transition effortless. The pool is very well maintained and very clean, our server Avianna always took very good care of us. The entertainment at the pool was exceptional loved that they had something for everyone. Yoga, pool volleyball, contest, foam party, music was great. Thanks to Alfredo for always checking in each day to let us know what the activities were each day. He always greeted us with a smile. Sharkboy and Mary was always having fun. All the restaurants were good, we never had a disappointing meal. The staff the Steakhouse was outstanding. Jonathan, the manager at the Steakhouse was always going above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable, a shout out to hostess: Heber was so pleasant, the Chef: Santos did an exceptional job on cook of each of our steaks and Mesero: Luis Poot Thank you all for the wonderful experience. We scheduled a hydro therapy spa and massage. Laura was magnificent and professional. It was nice to have a lobby bar open 24/7. Because the staff did an exceptional job, we will definitely be returning to Haven.
