    Great Stay!!

    I have stayed at this hotel many times. All the staff give exceptional service from the time you walk in the front door till the time you leave. I want to especially mention Constantine, Emily and Vershane. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

    Best comfortable stay

    Front desk Vershane went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Always polite no matter how many times my kids were asking for stuff. Housekeeping lorraine was amazing she came in everyday to see if we needed anything always with a smile and it's one that will brighten your day. With employees like that I will always recommend family and friends to visit this location. We will be returning thanks to these two ladies

    Excellent Customer Service and Clean!

    I travel a lot with work and have stayed at this hotel numerous times. When I think of marriott and customer service, i think of this specific hotel. They were excellent. They made sure i had a room when my company didn't make the reservation on time, they knew my name no matter what time of the day it was. The cleaning crew was excellent, I'd leave notes of specific things I'd want done and no issues! (Tip your cleaning women/men-they deserve it) I wish every Marriott was as excellent with customer service as this hotel is. I'm currently in Nashua NH at a courtyard for the 2nd month, and it doesnt even compare to the service i recieved in Rocky Hill CT.

    Excellent, friendly service!

    The Residence Inn at Hartford/Rocky Hill is the hotel of choice for my team whenever we need to visit our nearby corporate headquarters. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel also has an indoor lap pool and a basketball half-court out back - make sure you stop by the front desk for basketballs! They have evening drinks (wine, beer and soda) and hors d’oeuvres available daily for guests, and chocolate chip cookies each afternoon. It is the folks at the front desk that truly keep us coming back, though. Vershane and her colleagues up front truly make us feel at home with their warm smiles and sheer helpfulness with all our needs. This Residence Inn is a true gem of a find in Rocky Hill!

    My home away from home

    My home away from home. I stayed here multiple times over the last decade and enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere and the excellent service provided by the friendly staff (Brenda, Emily, Konstantin and the gang).
