Asked for a non smoking floor/room. Room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke! The room had plastic utensils left on tv stand. The hallway carpet was torn and stretched to the point you tripped several times walking to the elevator as well as filthy! It literally looked like house keeping just swept everything out of the rooms into the hall. It was so bad even our dog cried all night to get out! Only saving grace was the staff we did encounter were very pleasant and tried their best to be accommodating. We will never stay here again!
Black mold on bathroom ceiling, carpet looked dirty, carpet strip was up and kept tripping on it! Lack of food choices and poor management on hours of operation for food pizza place doesn’t open till 5 pm smash burger opens at 11 and only other choice is Starbucks with long lines or Cinnabon with longer lines
Not very clean but accommodating
Moved rooms 2x due to cleanliness. Ended up in your 2 tower 3 suite both were dirty rooms. Dusty under the beds, dirty ashtray.Won't stay unless in tower 1 anymore. Very accommodating on getting me a room each time.
Birthday mashed 🤪
The Birthday bash was mashed. Pool was drained ,hot tub non use. Beach cheap drinks too expensive. Spider in bathroom. Brought own coffee maker!Covid is difficult enough, staff was 45 min.to just answer at pool is serve food. Drinks way to slow at poolside.
River trip with friends
I have stayed over a dozen times in Laughlin in past few years. This was 1st time at Harrahs and thought it would be a great room, being Cesar's. This has been the most disgusting & disappointing room I have ever stayed at in my life. I've been on 14 cruises and been to about 16 countries. NEVER EVER have I stayed in such filth. It was disgusting and I was embarrassed that I took 2 other couples there. Shower was disgusting, back behind the beds, carpet had awful stains, phone was gross (not wiped at all) curtains ripped. WORSE HOTEL EVER! GUEST were disgusting in elevators how nothing was wipe on buttons or doors. A guest outside said the North Tower is called the Ghetto tower and he was absolutely 💯 right.
