WE will NOT BE BACK! Horrible Hotel
Horrible service, people were loud all night next to us had an a joining room which I did not ask for! Also, unless you specify you want your room cleaned they won’t clean it! Rooms were not that clean. What happened to guest service?? It took 20 minutes to get up to our room the lines were so long all the way down the hallway people couldn’t even get thru. It was a joke! The whole weekend only 1 or 2 elevators were running. It’s ridiculous! We will not be back. Went to complain to the first desk twice and no one seemed to care, very unfriendly! I don’t recommend Harrahs since they don’t care about their guests!

Relaxation
Relaxing clean hotel. Beach area next to the river. The rate was reasonable and the food options were very good and also reasonable d The springtime weather was perfect…not too hot! A great place to unwind. Much more relaxed than Vegas and much more of a family outing. 😎

Harrah's needs some up-dates
Had a room in the Central tower, the curtains wouldn't close all the way and at 6:00 in the morning the sun was so bright you couldn't sleep. The room also didn't have a safe so we transferred to a different room, South Tower and was much better. The only water taxi stopped running at 9:00 so if you stay out latter take a cab because the walk is awful. Pin up pizza wasn't most of the time and smashburger wasn't open for breakfast, other than that was a good stay

Old and dirty
Central tower very old and dirty. Suites on 18th floor had wrinkled dirty carpet in hallways, toilet that didn’t flush fully, jacuzzi tub where the jets didn’t work. Furniture old and needs updated. Room was not cheap. No microwave. Very disappointed. The Range restaurant was the highlight though. Very nice dinner

Wonderful weekend!
Best pillows ever! Love the beach! Everyone is very nice! The room was wonderful and the shower was so relaxing. Bed super comfortable!! The whole stay was a quiet relax full get-a-way ! I only wish they had a lounge with a band for evening dancing.
