Disappointed
Customer service was below average. The construction on the floors above us started at 5 am. We called the front desk and they said that’s the starting time. Ridiculous. Also asked for code since none was left in the room and they never showed up. Very disappointed in this trip

Excessive noise
The construction noise from the floor above me was loud, power tools and saws, floor work. It went on all afternoon the first day, then started up again at 5:30am the next morning. That was totally unacceptable. I think Harrahs should’ve warned me and all the other guests affected by the noise. Very disappointing stay.

Go somewhere else.
Go someplace else. Tahoe is too beautiful to have such a bad resort. We had 5 rooms in our group, and everyone had something wrong….no TV remote, no hot water, shower not working, peeling and scratched furniture…..I could go on. Pool was so disgusting…go to Harvey’s…luckily we were able to get a pass to use their pool. All in all…..bad.’

10 Stars with Deep gratitude to Harrah’s Lake Tahoe!
We saw Jefferson Starship in the showroom and used valet parking. Our seats weren't actually wheelchair accessible as expected-- but the staff handled it with grace and quickly moved us to even better ones. When I realized we'd left my wife's oxygen machine in the car, valet brought the car up immediately--no stress, just pure kindness. And then...the team member who helped us returned during the show and invited us to move up one row at the railing for a clear view! From beginning to end, we felt seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. Thank you, Harrah's! You made our night unforgettable. I would give the entire experience 10+ stars!
