No Southern Hospitality at this hotel

We are currently staying at Harrahs Gulf Coast . We have never stayed here before and came down from Destin for a relaxing trip . Everything was wonderful until today . We were commenting on how wonderful the staff was and how everybody was so nice and the food was good. Then it all came to a screeching halt . We were down by the pool from 930 until 2 o’clock. We were with Family having food and drinks. Then the manager Of the Pool came over and kicked us out of our chairs. She claimed we were supposed to pay for them as they are reserved. There were no signs on the chairs when we sat down. The staff never said a word. Hannah by the way was very nice . There were no more chairs so we had to go back to the room. We have decided we’re going to eat off property tonight and go to another casino to gamble. We aren’t spending more money here. This was very rude and unprofessional. To end it all my other half took a shower And was surprised to find it there were no bath towels in the room and he he had to wait for 10 minutes dripping wet while housekeeping brought up a bag of towels. This is not southern hospitality !

Room was poorly cleaned, unknown charges, very disappointed with “King suite”

We had comped rooms and decided to spend the extra and upgrade to the king suite. For an additional $115 per night and tried charging us total for almost $600! Toilet paper holder fell out the wall, the pull out sofa had either chocolate or poop stains. Asked to changed sheets, instead just brought additional sheets to “Cover it up” Candy wrappers and trash from previous guest. The remote for the tv hardly worked and no guide or menu functions or movies worked. Then we were charged an additional $67 and nobody could figure out why or where this came from. The gentleman at the front desk, David was a big help and did great.

    Nice place to stay!

Rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Check in was nice and easy. The casino is a little small in my opinion and could use some more updated games. Great service in the food court. The water fountains could be a little colder on the property. The pool is great as well. Nice amenities on property.

Dirty rooms, Mold on shower curtains. The smell of marijuana throughout hallways.

Over crowded at the pool because the “resprt” allowed people not staying there pay $15 to swim in the pool and hot tub. Over priced food. Was not given food vouchers like promised when booking this trip. Rude staff at the front desk(Kim). Misled by card table employees ( oriental woman) who told me no when I wanted another card and cost me $50. I would have won that hand.

Love Biloxi, Hate Harrahs Gulf Coast

We have stayed at Harrah’s Gulf Coast several times, but this was horrific. We will pay to stay anywhere else on our next trip. The pool bar staff was rude, they were out of sprite, vodka, and champagne as well as pool towels. When this was brought up to the front desk they offered no solution and blamed the food and beverage staff. The room was fair at best. The bathroom was not clean, the vanity was rusted, and the carpet was extremely stained. The toilet barely flushed and stalled more than once. The vending machine area on Floor 9 was dirty. We had to ask for towels each day of our trip, twice one day because they were never sent. We stay at Caesars properties all over the county and this rivals as the worst in the nation.
