Most god awful Harrah’s resort
I am a diamond member at Harrah’s. I drove 12 hours to there. The room were outdated carpet was dirty and very worn. There were kids banging on the connecting room.the casino was outdated . Wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. I was supposed to stay for three nights but only stayed two nights couldn’t wait to get out of there.
Poor Customer service.
We stayed here over Memorial day weekend for a break from COVID 19. We asked to have the room paid for with Harrah's rewards credits. They had no hot water in the shower for 2 days and were unable to take anything but cold showers they were unable to fix They billed my credit card twice and also took the incorrect amount of points so we paid for the room 3 times. I called and spoke with the front deck manger and all she wanted to do was yell and argue. I would not stay here again! I will have credit card dispute both charges.
Terrible WIll nto return
Terrible service, a "resort fee" for no resort, shops close d, Pool restricted and closes early (Because COVID is most active at night, right??)restaurants close early and are expensive, Terrible service, No room service, no maid service, no coffee pot in the room (Starbucks??) no refrigerator (not working) none of the little touches that make you feel good about spending 2-3 rimes more... No valet, nothing, I mean way pay a resort fee for a bare bones hotel. Save your $$ Stay at the Hampton Inn down the road. I will not be returning to Biloxi and I will not stay at Harrah's Gulf Coast.
Stayed at Harrahs this weekend after the Covid Reopen and they wete 1st class.. Taking safety Measures appropiately but not all up in your face every two minutes. Was a good balance. Thank you for a great weekend!
Great hotel and small casino
Room at hotel was beautiful. We had a gulf view and everything was clean. Employees very helpful. Pool area looks amazing. Reason I gave average it because casino area small and not many dining options. I’m used to harrah in Atlantic City NJ and the hotel there has many towers and rooms are amazing. It on Bay Area away from crowds and casino its mega big and there are many food options.
