    Choose another resort!

This is a very average resort. The rooms are adequate but nothing to write home about. The facilities are dated. The big reason for my review though is that the service is also pretty average to poor. The rules and restrictions for COVID are over the top. When you ask someone for help it feels like they are bothered by your question. I got scolded sitting in the sports lounge area of the casino one morning for not having my mask on - but I was completely alone with no one within 500 feet or more of me AND I was eating breakfast and drinking my coffee!!! Can’t do that with a mask on 🤦‍♀️. I had literally no where else to sit to eat unless I wanted to go back to my hotel room. No common spaces. No place to relax. The pool area is small. I had to show my photo ID to buy a cup of coffee at Starbucks. Good grief. I found myself so irritated by the facilities and service that it was really hard to enjoy what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. I would choose The Palace or Beau Rivage next time and never step foot in Harrah’s again.

    Just an average trip

Arrived later than expected, room not ready @8:30pm. Ready @10. Room not as fresh&clean as the photos. AC inadequate. Damp , musty odor in the room. Their version of a view of the Gulf is different than mine. I could see water, but most of it was from the view over the pool and looking past the Golden Nugget and Margaritaville Casinos down the way. Housekeeping never showed during the four night stay. That may have been part of their covid protocols. People were extremely friendly. Maybe I just expected more from a hotel charging an average of $200/ night.

Great Place but the rewards stink !!!

The wife and I have stayed at Harrahs gulf coast at least 50 times. Although the staff has always been on the mark and friendly, the rooms always clean, comfy beds and pillows, etc, What makes this place stink is they took out a very good bank of lightning link machines that always paid and replaced them with these crappy buffalo gold games >> Now the wife is a diamond card holder and I'm a very high platinum card, ( almost diamond ). Caesars rewards suck !!!, Sorry, but there is no other word to use !!! I myself have never received any freeplay at all, only the first few visits !!! The wife will mostly get 10-20 a week as a diamond card holder ?? The nickel and dime crap with this place is comical !!!! a True joke !! NO EARLY CHECK IN??? Hey I just drove hours to get there, no go, extra charge for early check in. Resort fees on a comped room ?? Well you lost your rear end in the casino ? well here's another smack !!! These clowns want to charge you 6.00 for a red bull energy drink ?? I guess the 100's I lost in the casino don't count ?? This is a nice place BUT the nickel and dine crap is just crazy !!! Just about every casino in Biloxi has a better rewards system in place then here !!

A/C does not work properly in room!

I paid 500+ dollars for my two night stay. The first night the room temp climbed to 78• . After contacting the front desk the manager said she would wave my fees for the night . Which makes me think she was refunding me for that nights stay. Since we had to wait on a maintenance man while my girlfriend was trying to sleep at 12 am and since we had to wait 45 min for the a/c to get fixed.... she did not wave that nights fees she only waved the resort fees of 16$ I will never come back. I paid for a night of sweating in my room until another man could come in for 45 min and fix the ac.....still diddnt get my room refunded
