If the reservation is for 4 guests; at least have 4 bath towels, and 4 coffee cups w/4 coffee pods in the room w/checkin
The room was nice, a 2-queen room riverview room (which did have a view of the river, it was just a little ways away). I booked the room for after our daughter's college graduation, for her, our son (who is 14), my husband and I (so 4 people). My husband is not much of a gambler so was taking our son to Bass Pro Shops and we were going gambling for a little bit with whatever family wanted to come after supper. Even though I reserved the 2 queen room for 3 adults and 1 child, the bathroom only had 2 bath towels, 2 coffee cups, and then 1 regular coffee and 1 decaf coffee (they each only made 1 cup of coffee-not even a little pot of coffee, ONE CUP of coffee). Did they think out of 3 adults only one of us was going to drink a cup of coffee? And out of 4 people, only 2 of us got to take showers/baths after a day of graduation commencement, receptions, dinner and gambling at their casino. The lady that checked us in was very nice and asked if I wanted their AI person to text me updates etc. I said yes. I even signed up for Caesars Rewards. Didnt get a single text from IVY the AI. Then to top it off, after we first checked in and took our bags up to the room, I dropped something, and my son went to pick it up for me and found an earplug and a beer bottle cap under my bed. The entire situation made my husband not want to stay here again.

Mediocre Stay….
We have been here while travelling years ago. They allow small dogs so our puppy was welcome! Checking in after paying online etc was a bit wierd as the gal couldnt find our reservation as I showed her my confirmed email. Unloading was ridiculous no place in front to stop and unload suitcases dog and kennel, security was a bit dumb about it- 4 lanes for valet yet no vehicles anywhere. Get a clue. The back 40 parking with all of these items is impossible. Curb stop and load and unload needs to be at the door. Your ramp is LOW so anyone in a travato will NOT fit. So basically 1+1=2 doesnt comprehend in this regard! We unloaded anyway because this was completely unreasonable. Ok the room nicely done! But no toilet paper or kleenex and 2 towels tossed under the sink not rolled or folded. I dont want to know if they were clean. We needed a shower from driving. But i did call for pper products. Wth? My bed pillow was dirty!, i have a photo if I can add it.. thk god there were 2 more that appeared clean. So Harrahs CB get your act together. Casino is small quaint. No food after 9 so we had to order grubhub delivery. With more casinos in the area we may check those out next time. Harrahs las vegas is amazing and we love it CB harrahs meh.

Misleading for pet friendly
Claims to be pet friendly. Booked the room because it said they allow pets. Turns out not for that room. Beware because it is not clear when booking. Customer service was not helpful and said I could have a pet friendly room for the first night. I said then what - he said he was unsure.

Hit and miss remodel of the rooms
While I give Harrah’s credit for a “room remodel” project in the past several months, they sadly completed it only partway. Bathrooms still have old tubs, tile, grout, etc. And that means they still have the mold and mildew from before the remodel. Why spend so much money on this refurbishment, only to do it halfway? Makes no sense! And the cleanliness isn’t that great. I arrived in my room to find someone else’s old mayonnaise (??) on my table. Gross! That being said, the new fixtures in the bathroom are lovely, and the bedroom decor is tasteful. One last comment, if you are going to buy all new lamps, perhaps ones with usb ports in 2025 would be a smart idea. The staff are friendly, the location is good-close to Omaha old market and airport. VERY limited food options in the hotel. I really miss the old Aces diner that had extended hours and a great menu.

Struggles to reach Ho Hum status
This particular location has some fairly trip altering items that you should be aware of: 1) While they offer 'free' Wi-Fi, and other amenities like the broken safe in my room, they charge you a daily amenities fee of just under $17 a day. You don't find out about this until you check out. 2) Those that smoke in the casino still can smoke in the non-smoking slots section, and security doesn't seem to care. 3) It has been awhile since I played slots, but Penny slots here require 80 pennies for a single pull, 525 for a 5 pull. So basically the smallest single pull slot there is just under a dollar. In my day that is a dollar slot machine! The same applies for 5¢, 10¢, 25¢, etc. So take out a loan if you plan to spend any time playing slots. I didn't plan on testing the few table games they offer at that point. 4) All the parking requires about 30 steps up to the front entrance, or walking up the driveway for valet and drop off. Really sucks pulling your luggage in those conditions, pray it doesn't rain or ice. 5) Early check I was told was a $25 charge, but the bill says I was given a room upgrade for $28. The room was not deluxe, it was the same room type I paid for. Bait and switch IMO. 6) They hold $50 a day on your card, so if you are brave enough to stay a week, know this hold can add up. The only bright spot is Guy Fieri's restaurant in which the food was good and my server was pleasant and provided excellent service.
