Shari and Brenda were very kind and helpful. They were friendly with no pressure. They helped us find gifts for my family! We shopped in the store multiple times this week. It’s our fifth time at Vallarta it’s our very favorite. Hard Rock is the greatest destination!! The merchandise is very high quality! ❤️🏝️🔥 We’ll return!

Family Vaca!
The entertainment team was fantastic! Reed was very sexy, Kevin, Brisa, Georgia and the whole crew made sure we had a fantastic time! The food was excellent as well. Would highly recommend! The whole family had a great vacation. Thank you so much Reed for making our trip awesome!!

Amazing time at the hard rock!
The entertainment was the best part! Reed, Barisa, Nelson, Georgia, Kevin, Ashley, Teresa really made the trip. Highly recommend going to Zen for lunch and taking advantage of the water activities, the beach was nice. Room service was excellent and faster than the expected times.

Vacation review
The service here is exceptional on all levels. Friendly staff, great entertainment and pool staff is top notch. A big thank you to Alma in towels. Had a great 7 day vacation, and Iwill return one day. Thank you hard rock. Can't wait to visit other properties 😃

Fun and relaxing
Staff was great, food was great, rooms were always clean and the birds out our slider were entertaining. We loved the pool entertainment with Kevin and the crew. It was a good laugh everyday. Our favorite restaurant was Ciao and Zen. Beach was beautiful
