Very pleasant experience. Butlers took care of reservations and transportation scheduling. Taxi driver not associated with Hard Rock cheated husband and friends on their fare. Hard rock butler took care of contacting driver and securing refund. Alanan in the spa gave a soothing massage. Tania on second massage said oil used was complementary and ended up charging me. Could not get this resolved despite butler and manager of Legendary attempts to do so. Pool and service there was very nice. Dining options were appropriate for a resort. Ipanema and the Market were favorites.

Excellent customer service. Very accommodating of severe food allergies. Fantastic protocol to handle food allergies. Concierge staff was unbelievably accommodating and communicative to ensure that I was able to eat Celiac safe gluten free food.

Service
Rafael and Sal were the best for helping us with our services. We were in a Rock Royalty room. Jp and Edgar were also great at the poolside. The steak house and IPANEMA were the best for diner. Bloody Mary at all the locations were good Run and rocks drink was the best

Hard Rock Los Cabos 2024
The best HR resort in Mexico! Very friendly and well trained staff. Dani, Brenda, Jony, Tony, Brandon, Dani and Isma went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. This is our third visit to this resort and never had any problems. Need to improve the Ipanema and Toro steaks.

Great food and drink with excellent service
We enjoyed a relaxing stay in our first trip to Hard Rock Los Cabos. I would say this is our favorite of the Hard Rock properties. We found the service to be top notch from start to finish. Alberto and Carlos took great care of us as Bellman on arrival and departure. Our Butlers Oscar and Raul did a good job setting everything up for us. We did not have to think about anything during our entire trip. We enjoyed the spa services a great deal, my wife said Emi gave the best massage she has ever had! We thought the food and drink was a bit elevated from what we have seen at some other places. Tito took great care of us at the Members Pool swim up bar, also the pool food menu was definitely a step up from the norm. The sushi bar dinner was a highlight, Miguel created a unique experience, and we highly recommend. Cristian and David at the Sunlight Bar took great care of us, David is definitely a character, and he makes you feel welcomed. Crisitan and Santos came up with some outstanding cocktails. Their attention to detail, and their desire to not just give you a drink, but to find unique things that you will enjoy, while really creating an experience, is just next level. They could hang with any high end cocktail bar in the United States. Everything was smooth, easy, and fun. We will definitely be back.
