    Do yourself a favor - book somewhere else

    Hotel was dated, room smelled of smoke, couch was like something you would find down the side of the road and totally unusable. Blinds could not be fully closed so we had to use towels to block the gap. Tv was too old to have Netflix or other apps so stuck with old school tv. I tried to hook my iPad up but the internet was too slow to stream anything. I was totally shocked by how bad the experience was. We cancelled another booked Hampton Inn and went with a competitor who was not only cheaper but a much better experience.

    Not what I expected

    If you are planning on staying at this hotel look elsewhere. Upon entering our room 302 the first thing I noticed in the bathroom was the rust stains in the shower and a crack around the molding of the shower. After unpacking we decided to go down to the pool which cannot be accessed by your room key. You must go to the front desk and reserve a pool Key for entry into the pool. Upon entering the pool We noticed some type of white scum substance floating to the surface of the pool. The jacuzzi barely worked and only put out a few jets some of the pool tile was coming apart. The water had a smell to it which seems as if the pool nor the jacuzzi has been cleaned. This hotel is in need of some repairs and updates. The bed mattress was very worn out and not comfortable we will not be staying here again.

    Disappointing

    I would not recommend this hotel. Room was not clean and got sick from the breakfast service. Sheets very thin and furniture worn. We are considering dropping Hilton Honors (silver status) due to poor quality and management will not respond.

    Find something different

    This place is gross. Smells like mold, the beds are rough/stiff and creek with every move. The pool is fun, but you see scum above it and the lighting in the pool area is dim. Going to the pool is a hassle, you cannot just use your room m key to get in, you need to go to the front desk and request a different key card that needs to be reprogrammed every half hour. Just a very sketchy place.

    Not a good example of this hotel groupp

    This hotel is due for a major overhaul every surface showed wear and tear. I had to change rooms due to the fact that trash was left behind beneath the sink and the door handle literally pulled off the door in my hand. Unfortunately this was not a great experience for Hampton inn and suites. Typically we are very happy with our stay at this hotel chain. I do have to say despite the facilities being pretty worn down the staff made up for some of it by their kindness and professionalism. I would not stay here again unless everything is updated and renewed.
