Amazing customer service
Celebrated our 7th year anniversary in Sedona and the stay here at Hampton Inn made it even better. Lacey who works at the front desk was amazing, gifted us a local wine bottle to celebrate our anniversary then she gave us a list of all the resturants near by and what she liked ordering, provided us with a map and gave us great recommendations of some of best scenic views. All around Hampton Inn was neat, clean and best location in Sedona because if you are wanting to do some exploring the location is near everything. Thank you Hampton Inn and special thank you to Lacey!
Sedona MTB Festival
We had a group of about 23 MTB riders.....Chainbreakers!....stay at the Hamtpon for 4 nights. They did an amazing job in checking us in, providing information, & breakfast every morning. Clean hot tube/rooms/lobby/etc..... They have a great conference room for small meetings. Super friendly staff....Lacey King was awesome. And Sarah was awesome. They also made sure our group was located close to each other for convenience.
Wonderful staff...nice clean accomodations...
Stayed one night while with friends who were searching for their wedding venue. Staff was most friendly and helpful and breakfast very nice. We had a Diamond upgrade to an L-shaped king room. The configuration was a little strange so we pulled the two easy chairs from near the door to create a seating area with the sofa. It was perfect for the four of us to converse. Yes, we placed it all back. The hotel was kind to upgrade our friends to a HUGE room that we thought we'd actually use to converse. It was actually two rooms made into one with the bathroom from one turned into a closet. With so much room, it felt empty. It might be a great room when a roll-away or a crib is needed. It was a nice touch to have a welcome letter from the general manager upon our arrival to our room. It held many suggestions for a fun Sedona visit plus her contact information.
Great location and friendly staff
This is a solid and comfortable property. The appearance fits in nicely with the Adobe style architecture in Sedona, and is located just south of downtown. The staff is friendly, almost family like, and I felt very welcome. The usual amenities are available.
Possibly the only hotel in Sedona without a view of the mountains
If looking for a hotel with a view in Sedona, I would suggest to look elsewhere. We chose a room in the back of the hotel (facing north) which we assumed would have a view of the large mountain behind it, but no. The only thing you see from the 1st level is a wall (under the parking lot), and from the 2nd (top) level all you see is the parking lot. The East and West facing rooms see Hwy 89A (not exciting). And the prices of these rooms are comparable to all the other hotels. If you're just looking to sleep here, the beds are comfortable. But if you're in Sedona for the experience and the views, I wouldn't suggest it
