Great stay
We enjoyed our stay. Had absolutely no complaints. The room was clean, and breakfast was great! Would recommend this place hands down!

Bad Stay
The hotel Manager was evil. She was disrespectful to her staff and hotel guests. Very bad. The breakfast was microwaved powdered eggs. There was a terrible smell and the fire alarms went off because there was a gas leak on the third floor and everyone had to be moved to a different floor

Comfortable Stay
This is a fairly typical, comfortable Hampton Inn. We received a friendly and helpful reception from Heather and the welcome cookies were good. Many breakfast options are available. Parking is easy. Our room had quite adequate space, computer desks, outlets on table between beds, and a fridge. There was no particular view from the room. A second luggage rack would have helped in a 2-bed queen room. We appreciated actually having towel racks and a good shower. But the bathroom needed better lighting. Great coffee was always available in lobby and lots of snack items could be purchased in a small shop next to the reception desk.

Absolute excellent experience. Staff is outstanding.
We came into town for a family emergency and stayed off and on for over 3 weeks. Staff went above and beyond holding us close to their hearts during our grieving process. Every single staff member checked on us daily. We are so grateful for that and will, without a doubt stay at the Hampton Inn in Brockport again.

Heinous customer service
We have stayed at the Hampton Inn on several previous occasions as our children attend SUNY Brockport. We had a room reserved with a check in time of 3pm. At 3:30, the room was not ready. We ran some errands and tried our virtual key at 5:30 to find out room was still not ready. Called hotel directly and desk person was outrageously rude and disrespectful. She told us she didn't know when the room would be ready. We asked for recommendations on where we could wait while the room was being readied and she laughed at me over the phone saying "you can wait wherever you want". I was completely taken aback and asked to speak to the manager. Her reply was there is no manager here. I then asked her to whom I was speaking... her response was "I don't have to give you my name". We are Hilton Rewards members and we have never EVER been treated like that at a Hilton or at hotels with lesser reputations. Never again. Go 100 feet up the road to Best Western. They were incredibly nice and treated us great.
