Great stay! Welcoming hotel with bright well designed lobby, clean carpets and spaces. Rooms dynamic well tailored design, very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff is friendly and gracious. We will book again! Breakfast is adequate…only problem was where to hang our towels…..bring your own portable towel hook!! (Room 630)

From the friendly staff at check in, a convenient entry to the room from the parking lot to the cleanliness everything was a positive experience. The cleaning staff were always pleasant and helpful when we interacted with them, even just passing them in the hall. The only thing I will say is the continental breakfast was ok, but there were some empty spots but it was getting close to 10. Very convenient to the Pinecreast area (basically connected) with food and shops and entertainment. Highly recommend!!

Wedding Stay Very Pleased
We just visited Cleveland for a nephew wedding. We were not sure of locations to book our stay. We made a great choice. I had called prior to confirm our rooms, and information and Shelly was the greatest. Once we arrived I was greeted by Krissy and both she and Shelly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. We will definitely book again. The hotel is clean, the breakfast had great choices, and the employees were very helpful. I had a small issue with our room, and housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! We were very pleased.

Good location, Great Staff.
Stayed overnight at this property during a weekend trip to Cleveland. Front desk staff were very welcoming our entire stay. Our room looked like it had been recently renovated, and was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of good options, and was well stocked. As a Diamond member, we stay at many different Hilton properties ( some better than others ), but we will definitely stay at this property again on our next trip to town.

Solid option....
We stayed here for a night, prior to our exploration of the Lake Erie coastline from Cleveland to Port Clinton. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with the standard Hampton Inn decor/floor-plan. Our check-in was efficient and welcoming; with the front-desk staff being very friendly, attentive and informative (and somewhat amazed we've been together almost 50 years). Our room was comfortable, and provided a nice respite after a day of travel. Being Labor Day weekend, the morning complimentary breakfast was somewhat bustling; and the staff had a little trouble keeping everything replenished. Overall though, it was quite satisfactory; with the usual variety of offerings one finds at this franchise. All and all, if one is seeking quality lodging while in the area; this location is a solid option.
