Amazing experience. Perfect for the family. Drinks, food and activities were great. Plus, top shelf alcohol for the adults. Hosts do a nice job making everyone feel welcome and included. Hosted day time activities include water volleyball, loteria, water aerobics, and a few more.

Hacienda Encantada used to be a first class property. Things are no longer first class except for their prices! Imagine paying $80 American for two hamburgers with 1 local beer and a water. there is currently a fee for housekeeping to makeup the room. We experienced bugs in our room and a daily problem whereas our room keys wouldn't open our door. Expect to wait hours on your vacation to have any issues resolved. Upon arrival the a/c unit was dripping leaving a large puddle on the floor with very slippery floors. Frequently, I was denied rides on their golf carts to the room or lobby even though there was space available. The resort was a horrible disappointment from previous visits! Expect to be requested to listen to a time share sales pitch!

Ariel and Adrián brought the best game of Lotería to the pool! Adrian actually came around to make sure we were not missing any squares. Super helpful. We had a blast!

One thing I would suggest please place water dispensers at the reception.
Nice and comfortable Very clean room Excellent service from all the staff members. Gardeners to all. Very friendly staff

Cabo trip
Clean and inviting. Omar and team at the adult pool area - sincerely nice and appreciative. Thank you Omar 😊 Martha our housekeeping member of the Hacienda team was amazing Thank you Martha.. 🤗 Felipe and team of golf cart team members.. truly appreciate their services, helping my aged mom on and off the carts.. 😊 many thanks All round - great experience, nice resort 👍
