Jun 07, 2025Great service resulted in a fantastic trip!
Our interaction with the resort started before our arrival. I was trying to plan some surprises for my wife’s 50th birthday and my wife had many questions about things to do in Cabo San Lucas. Our concierge was Michelle at Vista Encantada and she was absolutely amazing! She ensured that our stay went well with daily check ins via text messages to stay connected with us during the week. She also helped me facilitate birthday decorations for our room to surprise my wife. Because of Michelle we were able to thoroughly enjoy the resort and also experience great food, beaches and scenery outside of the resort. The entire family and friends group will never forget this trip. Thanks again Michelle!

Ingrid at “El Patio” pool bar is absolutely fabulosa!!
Our family spent majority of the week by the pool next to El Patio pool bar. Ingrid served us everyday and made our experience phenomenal. She is so kind and provide amazing service. Overall great service at all of the restaurants on property but if you make it to El Patio pool bar I can guarantee a great experience with Ingrid

Ingrid at “El Patio” was amazing! Very attentive and friendly! Recommend 100%. Ambience at the ocean front is stellar. Customizable drinks available to suit your pallet. Guacamole was perfect and Tropical Salad was delicious. A very pleasant experience

Ingrid at El Patio did a great job!
The wait staff was wonderful. Ingrid at “El Patio” was friendly and efficient. The views were gorgeous. We enjoyed the drinks and the food, especially the buffet breakfasts at both the steakhouse and the sea food restaurant in the newer white building.

The room is very nice. It was very difficult to get around the facility without calling for a cart ride. Many times it would take a while before the ride showed up. The food is not that great, except for breakfast at San Maria's. Restaurants served the food with a nice presentation, but most of the time we were disappointed with the taste. People working at the adult pool were awesome. Particularly, Tamia , the pool concierge, and Plabo the waiter. They made it worthwhile.
