Family Vaycay 2025
Was a family vacation for 18 members. We were scattered between Grand Paladium buildings and TRS accommodations. Someone in the family got engaged on the beach. Note: Seaweed was bad all week.

Great place
The food was great and all the workers were very nice and making everyone have a great time from talking to us to playing ping pong, volley ball everything Leo was one of the best workers he was always talking to everyone,remembering our names we had a great time.

Yearly family Vacation
Been here from the 15th July to the 22nd July Minor inconsistency with house cleaning eg changing of bed linen and replacing fresh towels But when on a vacation we focus on the positive because it outweighs the negative The pools were great The bar service was exceptional Waiter service at pools were prompt and they kept checking on us Spent the majority of time at the members pool and my guy Jesus was always very welcoming made us feel right at home The restaurants were great good food always The nightly shows at the village my grand daughter enjoyed her self 9.5/10

Jul 25, 2025Overall we had a good experience. The room was large and clean enough. The rainfall shower was awesome and the bed was comfy. The beach was beautiful and the drink service was good there, a little difficult to get an umbrella, so you have to be early or be patient. Another tip is to wait until people go to lunch then take their spot. Drink service at the pool was pretty quick as well. Shout out to Omar! The pool itself was large but not really refreshing, but it was mid July and hot, so that's somewhat understandable. Getting reservations to the restaurants was not easy, but we did get into the steakhouse one night. The service there was good and the food was above average. The buffet had average food and we found ourselves having breakfast in the coffee shop most mornings because we slept in and missed the buffet. The coffee shop had breakfast sandwiches, which were good, just missing a sauce of some kind. We did not order room service, but our friends stated that it was very slow. We also had issues getting the beer replaced in our room daily. They only replaced it once in 5 night even though we asked for more. One issue we had was drink consistency. A margarita at one bar would not be the same as a margarita at another bar. And sometimes it was not even close. I wish all the bartenders would receive the same training, because it was very noticeable. Amaryany and Esperanza in the sports bar were wonderful the whole time, we ended up spending a lot of evenings there and they kept the drinks coming. Thank you, ladies!
