I arrived and was mistakenly taken to the wrong resort, which was two hours away one way. It then took an additional 2.5 hours to reach the correct resort with traffic and I was not compensated for the inconvenience.

The location was huge and had many staff to assist and even though it was dominated by Spanish speakers, these who couldn't understand sought other team members to assist. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room attendants/house keeping department could do a better job in the tiding of the rooms, especially with spreading the beds and arranging the room.

The rooms were clean, food was good but the service of the staff was top notch. Everyone was friendly and kind. Brush up on some basic Spanish to make the trip even better.

The staff is rude, the food will run through you because they’re serving cold items warm. There is a lack of taste with Each restaurant and the staff is extremely rude. There were roaches in almost everyone’s rooms, and the air conditioning did not work properly.

Vacation
I had a wonderful time at Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites, All inclusive Resort and Spa! The resort is clean, beautiful, and right next to a stunning beach. The rooms were large, very comfortable, and always well-kept. The staff was kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was tasty with many options to choose from, and the drinks were always fresh and delicious. There were lots of fun activities during the day and entertaining shows at night. Whether you want to relax or have fun, this resort has it all. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great vacation. I would definitely come back. It’s a perfect place to enjoy, rest, and create special memories.
