    Hell …this hotel sucks

Horrible service and room. It’s our third night here and we have not had our room cleaned, the toilet does not work, no water in the fridge, the AC drips creating a puddle in the hallway leading to bathroom, no phone in the room to ask for assistance with all the issues going on. The glass sliding door is off the rail so it won’t close and the music is full blast outside for the 3rd night. This is pure hell. And no one cares.

    Disappointed.

All employees’ attitude is like going to the bank. When it comes to providing information, all give the least possible. I've felt more welcome in Costco. The service at the bars and restaurants is the worst. There are not enough shades and lounge chairs.

    PLEASE, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This has been my worst experience at a resort hotel in Mexico. I´ve only been here for one day and it has been a nightmare. The check-in process took us more than one hour and only to be told there were no rooms available. Food is abysmal with terrible beverages options (including questionable alcohol). Rooms are dirty, and look and feel extremely old. But what really really impresses me (unfortunately in a negative way) is the service... I´m in shock on how RUDE the service staff is. I have no idea if they are working overtime or it´s just bad management, but it´s really sad as generally service in Mexico is usually really good and friendly. Unfortunately, not at this resort, people are extremely rude and look annoyed all the time. There are many other options in Cancun that are much better with the same cost. Please, DO NOT STAY HERE... you will really regret it.

    Very dirty and disappointing

Horrible experience! We stayed the week of May 20th and it was very disappointing. This property lacks general cleanliness and service expected in any part of the world. Our bedding was dirty and stained, I question if it had been changed. There was sand and grit in the floor. The restroom had been wiped down at best. Will never stay here again

    Not our dream vacation

One good thing I can say is it is a beautiful, well kept resort. Outside, the landscaping is lovely. There are pairs of peacocks wandering all over. Unfortunately, that is all that is good about this resort if you are an American over 65 years old. The majority of the guests here were young 20 somethings who were there to party, and young Mexican families. The young women seem to have forgotten their bathing suit bottoms, as everywhere we looked, there were naked bottoms and barely covered tops. Small children were seeing this everywhere as well. The web page noted 10 restaurants. You must be Pyramid level to be able to go in them. We didn't know, so we were told we could access the restaurants with blue signs. There were 2. A buffet that was barely edible, and a decent sit down restaurant attached to it that has reasonable food. The other two required reservations, and were never available. The beach had a lot of seaweed, and erosion. The water was a Caribbean blue. However, there were over 30 steps to get down to it, uneven, wet, slippery, and no hand rails. We went down and up one time, but it was treacherous and scary, and exhausting for us. NO HANDRAILS ANYWHERE. That was difficult all over the resort. Our room was on the first floor. The front desk said we had a "Sunset view". It faced a parking lot and had a giant palm tree in front of our balcony. Terrible. Small plus was it was quiet. Drinks were weak. You would be hard pressed to get a buzz. Most of them tasted ok. You had to be pyramid to get top shelf booze too. Service staff was excellent without exception. Eager to help, very friendly, hard workers. The pools were not cleaned (debris left from night before) by mid morning. I would not recommend or return to this resort.
