Overall blech, you get what you pay for.
PROS: Clean sheets, a good view and if you're lucky in the black package, a mini private adults only area CONS: terrible drinks (and very minimal selection), terrible cafeteria-like food, lack of towels, was 2 hours late checking us into our room, no clear navigation if you've booked via CheapCarribean to which lobby you should be staying in.Not much entertainment at night, the two bars were very odd and the club kinky we were really looking forward to was closed. I will say, you get exactly what you pay for - we knew it wasn't going to be the greatest, but it was just so bad it was laughable This would be great if you're on spring break for the cost of it- but otherwise avoid it
DO NOT GO HERE
ROOM/ FOOD WAS TERRIBLE BOARD OF LINE PRISON FOOD Spoke with someone named Robin Perez who claimed he was supervisor, very UNHELPFUL and rude. Said there was nothing he can do for an expensive item that was left in my room. I advised if he did not assist I will have to have my lawyer look into the stolen/lost item. He then advised he didn’t care and can tell the travel agency, hotel or lawyer he didn’t care. Are these the people you hire ? The way you assist with clients property
Our fourth year in a row and excellent once again!
We can't say enough about how great all the staff was. The Bartenders, Pedro, Alejandro and all the others. Our number one man was Rudolfo in the VIP Lounge. Thanks Rudy!!! Andre and Sergio in the Concierge were of great assistance. The food was great every where we ate as it was in the previous visits. They have made a few changes on the beach adding more day beds and bars. Our favorite Lifeguards Roberto and Manaing made for great fun daily on the beach
If u want to keep paying fines, come here.
The fact the hotels response on all bad comments here is copy and paste definitely should tell you something. Everyday someone from my group paid a fine for laws they come up with on the spot. If your with a large group and I hate to say this but also "coloured" you will be watched like a hawk. I know this hotel has alot of hype for having fun with the younger crowd but it's not worth it. These people do not look out for you, they will bleed you out dry with fines. A crack on the door cost us 300 USD. The door was still full operable, just a crack. Don't get me started with all-inclusive drinks. You will wait at minimum 30 minutes for watered down beer and alcohol. We ended up just buying our own liquor outside the hotel because we got fed up of waiting for watered down alcohol. Please, for you own safety and bank account, DO NOT BOOK AT THIS RESORT. Oh and hotel director please don't bother responding to this. You guys have failed as a company and make visiting Cancuns beautiful hotel zone not a pleasant trip. The last thing is, if you don't pay the fine you will do jail time. There's no avoiding it. They called the cops and held our group of 8 ppl hostage with police officers present infront the hotel as we are leaving so that we pay their fines. The officers had no issue taking us in hand cuffs. So all in all, you will pay the fine. There's no avoiding it. Sincerely, A guy from Toronto that didn't want to pay any fines.
Our waiter for Breakfast everyday was Roberto and Pedro they were #1
room was ocean veiw it was nice the resturants were not great except the White Box and the La Buffett in am for breakfast, the amenties were not awesome and it was spring break so the waitstaff and workers were not overly happy or helpfull, we have been there before and the attitude there was better , also we were not aware that all the shows would be canclled due to spring break that was dissapointing
