    The BEST of the Best

Grand Hyatt Vail is the BEST hotel in all of Vail, setting, service, and amenities...THE BEST! We will never stay anywhere else in vail, when we come up. Set right off gore, creek. You can hear the rush of the stream and the fresh mountain air. The heated pool and hot tubs are amazing and the views are truly stunning. The rooms are updated. The bathrooms are phenomenal and there's so much to do at this incredible resort.

    Excellent accommodations

Excellent as usual, stayed here multiple times over the past 10 years. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. It's very comfortable for us and our dogs. The only bad thing was the service at makota, the food was good but the service was terrible

    Exceptional Stay with Incredible Staff!

We spent Christmas 2024 in Vail - we had such a fantastic stay that we rebooked for our annual ski trip. From the moment we arrived, the valet and bellman (Ben) were welcoming and attentive, setting the tone for the rest of the trip. At the front desk, Kim made us feel welcome and was so helpful when we checked in. We made great friends from across the country while enjoying cocktails made by Ben and Quintan. They were super friendly and skilled - making sure we had a good time! Eliani and Juana provided impeccable service at the restaurant, their kindness really stood out! Shoutout to David, the interim General Manager at the time, for leading such a fantastic team! He is leaving the hotel in great hands with Fernando stepping in as the incoming GM. The two of them greeted everyone at the front entrance despite the hustle of the holiday - so impressed! The entire staff made our stay exceptional, and we can't wait to return in February!

    Amazing !!

Beautiful hotel. The back deck with the pool overlooking the river was phenomenal. Beds super comfy. Van very convenient and ran a lot. Conrad at valet was very helpful. Elaine and Ben at breakfast were always a pleasure. And Patty’s snowshoeing activity , which was included with the resort fee, was amazing!

    Experience

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are super friendly especially Conrad who brought our bags to our room! They open the door for you everytime they see you walk in or out of the hotel. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the snowshoeing with Patty which was one of the activities. She was extremely accommodating and very friendly. She explained a lot about the aspen trees etc. I do wish the hotel would provide more activities tho especially for 50$ PP for resort fees. The shuttle takes you into town which is super convenient. The rooms were nice, clean and cozy. You could text for housekeeping. The breakfast was so delicious! They have a heated pool with gorgeous views and hot tubs also. Overall my friend and i had a great time!
