Incredible place with amazing staff. Our experience far exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful grounds to the exclusive beach access and food options, this was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had.
Only place to stay!
This our second time staying at this resort and I would not stay anywhere else! The staff, room, and food were wonderful. Our ocean view room was perfect for us. The staff were all very prompt. One of our beds was a bit soft and within 30 minutes the issue was resolved. The grounds at the hotel are just beautiful. We will be back.
Stayed as part of a corporate award event. Did not get to experience all of the amenities but those that I did test-drive were exceptional. Room w/ocean view was exceptional. Staff was top notch. Would recommend as every part of the hotel we experienced was great. Great location as well.
We traveled to Kauai to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We enjoy traveling, but haven’t been back to Hawaii in 37 years. Last time we were there was 1986 before having children and now that they are grown we were able to travel that far from our home in NY. We both agree that The Grand Hyatt is the most beautiful hotel we ever stayed at in all our years of traveling. It was a tropical paradise. We decided since it was so beautiful to enjoy the hotel and we limited our sightseeing. It was amazing so relaxing and no problem getting lounges at the pools. Our room had a gorgeous view and we had coffee every morning with the nespresso machine in our room. Lunch by the pool was very good and had dinner at Tidepools for our anniversary which was delicious. We Would definite stay there again, but next time more than 3 nights.
Never wanted to leave!
Romantic trip with my boyfriend and they sure made us feel like royalty! All staff are super friendly and attentive. Gorgeous property and views from the room. Food was pretty good, too. The grounds and pools are stunning. I couldn’t get enough of hanging poolside, it’s like you’re in a total oasis!
