This is a cute, modern hotel. I've never stayed at a Best Western or any of their hotels but I was pleasantly surprised. The area isn't bad, right off of 40. 10 minutes or so from Downtown Broadway. The lobby of the hotel is very clean with modern furniture. The room was nice, clean, with nice decor. The carpet in the hallway however is absolutely DISGUSTING!! Forget about cleaning it just rip it up and put down laminate or tile. Thank goodness there was no carpet in the room. Yucky carpet in the hallway shouldn't deter anyone from staying here just walk fast to your room. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Nashville!! Great customer service, very polite staff.

Thank you for giving a variety of options for breakfast. I would recommend the company to keep in mind for the guest who don’t eat pork and is needing protein (: overall thank you for a clean nice stay!

The hotel was immaculately clean, check-in was efficient and the room was very nice.
Our room was very spacious and the hallway smelled clean immediately stepping off of the elevator. Bed linens were clean and appeared new. The rate was fantastic, especially compared to the other airport properties and none of the hassle of staying downtown.

Hotel was clean with new towels. Shuttle to and from airport was on time and very convenient. Short Uber ride downtown
