This is a great vacation for families! All of the workers are phenomenal, but we have especially loved Luiz and Gerardo as our butlers, so much so that I would ask for them if I return on my own. Aqua Nick is so fun for all ages, and they have other great excursions too. The spa is enjoyable and the food is good, though I'd recommend making reservations when possible. Everything is clean and comfortable, and there is always someone to help if you need. Highly recommend!

My family and I just returned from a 5-day, 4-night stay at Generations Riviera Maya, and it was truly one of the most enjoyable and relaxing vacations we’ve had. The resort is absolutely beautiful—lush grounds, clean surroundings, and a peaceful, tropical atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The dining options were excellent. There was something for everyone, whether we were craving something upscale or more laid-back. Each meal was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared and presented. The staff in every restaurant made us feel welcome and taken care of. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service we received from our concierge butlers, Luiz and Israel. They were helpful from the moment we arrived—always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and taking care of the little things that made a big difference. They handled our dinner reservations, helped us stay organized, and even added special touches that made our stay feel extra personal. Their attention to detail and warm personalities made us feel truly valued. If you’re considering a family-friendly luxury resort in Mexico, I highly recommend Generations Riviera Maya. We’re already talking about when we can go back.

A+ service!
We had such an amazing trip with family. Our butlers, Gerardo and Luiz, were instrumental in making our stay special. They helped to arrange our meals and excursions which allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together. We would highly recommend generations for everyone!

Second home!
Wonderful time at Generations. Can't say enough about the kindness of the staff. All of them treat you so well. Luna and Eddie were so professional, handle our agenda to do dinners reservations, spa services, tours and they make sure we will be on time every day. Thanks so much for this. Butlers made our stay unforgettable! Gerardo and Israel help the rest of the family and they were so helpful, thank so much guys.

Luiz and Luna - the two best consierge we have ever had
Luiz and Luna both made our stay absolutely wonderful! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and Luiz surprised us with heart shaped flower petals on the bed one evening when we got back to our room. He also went out of his way to get us dinner reservations one night when we were delayed returning to the resort after an excursion. Luna was so thoughtful and caring when she found out I wasn’t feeling well after the catamaran cruise. She kept checking on me and bringing me whatever I needed until I felt better! These two deserve raises. They are excellent at making guests feel not just welcome but like family! We can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make our 25 th wedding anniversary so special!!!
