Great for a pre-cruise stay
This is a nice hotel, not super upscale but better than a motel 6 for sure. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and there’s is a convenient restaurant with good food and drinks. There is also a quite large shop to buy beach stuff and clothing and a Starbucks for the morning. We are staying one night before a cruise and it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Also, we did have a junior suite which did face into the atrium but these windows are tinted and mirrored so no one can actually see inside of your room. The light from the atrium did come in during the night so if you’re sensitive to this I would bring an eye mask.

Bad experience
Our room was never cleaned in 4 days, we were missing the top sheet the entire time so only had the bottom sheet and comforter. We ran out of toilet paper because our room wasn't being serviced and had to ask for towels each day. We would leave for the day and come back expecting a tidy room with clean towels but it never happened. We were then told they only service the rooms every other day and accepted that until the 4th day that it was not cleaned and we then realized they just don't take care of their guests like you'd expect for Sheraton and the price you pay per night. We waited all afternoon the first day after realizing the toilrt was plugged from previous guests.. I'd say roughly 7 hours and made two calls to the desk for a plugged up toilet before it was plunged while the closest outside restroom is 4 floors down in the restaurant and I'm disabled. We are really just very disappointed.

Warm and inviting property with a staff that exceeds expectations.
My Family and I spent four nights at the Four Points Cocoa Beach after coming off a cruise and truly enjoyed our experience. Upon check in we were greeted by Jim from reception. He was lovely and accommodating and was an absolute treasure throughout our stay! We spoke several times with Theresa as well who was warm and genuine in her willingness to help. The location was great! We found nice places to eat nearby and the beautiful beaches are a short walk away. We parked for two of the four nights and the garage and access is well situated near the lifts/stairs to the rooms. The pool was small but lovely with a great waterfall! A good transition for the kids after a long day at the beach. The location and the staff alone are enough for us to make a return trip.

Average stay - catered to families.
Check in was fine and there is parking just outside the front desk. But it was all weird. It felt very beach budget. My room was clean but the weirdest part is that my window faced into a surf shop. Windows were small and room was dark. I had a junior suite. There are very limited restaurants around and most close pretty early. Overall it was fine. Filled with cruise people. Would not stay here again.
