Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Walking distance to the beach and several stores/eateries. Plenty of covered parking. Pool, restaurant, fitness center on site. Room was large, nice, comfy and airy. Huge tv. Front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Thanks to Trevor and Ellie for their great service during my stay and going above for any requests.
We stayed at the Four Points Cocoa Beach before a cruise. It was a nice hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and the rooms were nice. Our room was ready upon arrival. We used the Starbucks in the lobby, but didn't eat at the restaurant.
The room was nice, but the water pressure in the shower was very poor, and for being a beach hotel you certainly expect high water pressure to get sand off of yourself. If old nasty cigarettes oder is your liking, then you won't be bothered by that nasty smell coming from the hallway corridor. Sadly the showers water pressure could have been a non issue if the room was properly inspected by the Hskp team, and this review would have been much better. If you like a nice hotel pool, don't stay here. They actually offer another hotels pool because of it, but that one is 3 miles away. So who actually wants to go back and forth to another pool that's not even part of the same Marriott family. So no I wasn't happy with my stay.
Interesting hotel but close to beach
Needed to get out of house for the weekend, so me and wife booked a weekend in Cocoa Beach. The hotel is very nice and situated right next to the Ron Jon surf shop on A1A. It is a short walk to the beach (just 1 block) and other attractions and restaurants. Now , the interesting part.. our room had one window which overlooked the inside of a retail store (Cocoa Beach Surf Co.) which is located inside the hotel. While I find this rather interesting, it also makes the room kind of dark the whole day. We had a mini-suite on the top floor which was nice and the beds were really comfortable. All the employees were friendly and wearing their masks to protect the guests and themselves. The hotel has a small pool with a waterfall which is oddly located in the parking garage area. They also had a restaurant on site which was decent, but there are many other restaurants around to try (I suggest the Sandbar, its within walking distance). They also have a Starbucks on site which was very much needed. We did enjoy the weekend away and hope to come back at some point
Very clean hotel, employees were helpful and nice. We stayed in the Junior Suite for 2 nights which was nice, 2 Queen beds and a separate sitting area with a fold out couch,a chair and 3 lamps. Room included a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini fridge and a safe. Beds were very comfy! Liked having the Starbucks located downstairs for morning. The location was excellent! Very short 5 min walk to the beach- not crowded at all. Also right next door to Ron Jon Surf shop and across the street from Winn-Dixie grocery. Within walking of a lot of take out type restaurants. The one thing I didnt like was that the swimming pool was very small and always crowded. Skip the pool and enjoy the beach.
