Great resort and services for a wholesome vacation.

We are a vegetarian family, and after brainstorming for a while, we decided on Fiesta Condesa. Pros: great options to snack in between without moving an inch. Everything is right there where the party is. There are food stalls throughout the resort and you can enjoy nachos, burgers, pizzas, wraps, crepe, exotic desserts, cocktails, mocktails etc etc. I cannot count how many crepes we ate, Paola was perfect in making the best mouth melting crepes. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is huge with so many food options. The rooms are basic, I wish the bathrooms had a door. But we didn’t mind as we used to be in the pool and beachside for entire day and only return to sleep in the night. The rooms were cleaned each day and a champagne bottle was given daily with fruits. The restaurants are beautiful too, and a great combination of all cuisines. The staff was courteous and helpful. We were able to find taxi service easily at the resort itself and there’s bus service too. Cannot wait to come back here again and spend memorable time with family.

Excellent family stay-some updates needed for kids’ areas

This was our first time at an all-inclusive with family—ages 4-70. Our previous trips have been to adults-only resorts. While not as lively or large as some of the other resorts we’ve stayed at (especially those connected to other resorts), our experience as a family was fantastic. The service far exceeds any other resorts we’ve visited-everyone everywhere was helpful. When we had an issue in the room, someone was up in 5 minutes. Staff were available to bring drinks by the pool and were incredibly attentive at restaurants. The grounds are very well maintained. The food in the buffet was better than any buffet food we’ve eaten elsewhere. We loved the availability of various food options—both during the day at different places (burgers, pizza, Cevicheria!, etc.) and at night for dinner (Italian, Mexican, Thai, steakhouse, buffet). The only cons I’d point to are the facilities for kids. The kids area of the pool has a small pirate ship with slides and it seems in need of updating. The kids club area is also fairly small and in need of updating. The programming there is decent, and Marlene was wonderful, but the space and available toys/games/play area could surely use a refresh. The pools were large, clean, and never too crowded. The beach directly in front of the hotel is a bit rocky, and it’s definitely on the rougher sides in terms of waves. There is plenty of space though, away from the rocks, to swim. Overall we had a wonderful time and would go back! While not the most expansive, it truly had everything we needed.

A nice all-inclusive resort experience! Just forget about the resort credit...

Overall a very good all-inclusive experience at Fiesta Americana. We ended up upgrading to a Master Suite so that we had more space for our 2 kids, and glad we did! The room was amazing and had a fantastic view of the ocean/pools. Most of the food was very good. Perhaps less options than some other all-inclusives (like Hyatt Ziva), but the quality was higher. The restaurants got very busy but we were still able to visit all of them, even with a large party of 6 adults + 2 kids. The presentation of the food and quality of the desserts was top notch as well. The entertainment at night is limited but all the shows we saw were very high quality. Also had some surprise performances like fire spinners one night. The kids club is a bit dated, and they did not allow us to leave our son at kids club since he was not yet 4 (a few months away), but they still included him the activities and he had a great time. Kids club was his favorite part of the vacation. Thank you Melissa! Part of the beach has rocks and the ocean was pretty rough while we were there. We were hoping for more ocean time but the pools were nice. One buyer beware is on the topic of "Resort Credit". We had a resort credit for each of our three rooms as part of a package through Costco. Half the time we tried to use it at a restaurant (only for food or spa, $100/day), they would either have no idea what resort credit is, or would not see it applied to our room. I ended up having to go to the front desk 3+ times and re-send them the booking to get the resort credit 'applied' to the room. Ultimately the resort credit became more of a stress point during our vacation than a nice perk.

Really fun especially if you pay for the extra events! Also really great room service! The food is really great as well! Having a lot of options everyday and all of them being really good! The pool and beach are kept in excellent condition and is fun for the whole family!

    Great time with the family.

It was a stunning place with great service. It was a great time with the family and being able to relax by the pool with a great view of the beach was amazing. Realistically the only complaint I have is that there is not much to do as someone who doesn’t drink or party. Other than that. It was a great place
