Disgusting!! old outdated hotel. smells like mildew, no AC. Food is awful. not all inclusive , Upcharge you for the good food. we left the first night and booked somewhere else. it felt like a motel 6!! Worst hotel i have EVER stayed in. Gave us a "king" bed which was just two small bed pushed together. sheets didnt even fit. mattress was stained yellow.

Outstanding experience
Me and my husband had never been to Mexico and at an all inclusive resort before. We ended up choosing the Fiesta Americana Condesa because of the wonderful reviews it had. Dare i say, it was even better than the reviews. From the moment we walked in, we received top notch service - from the bell man, to the front desk, to room service, service at the restaurants, etc. Everyone was extremely sweet and helpful. This vacation was important to us as it was our first baby moon and we knew we wanted it to be special. And it turned out to be even better than we hoped for. Gloria from the Photo Team did a phenomenal job capturing our maternity photos as well. The room was wonderful. We had an Ocean View King Size and the room service gal did a great job every day, even with a turn down service. I loved the pool server (i believe his name was Alberto), great service, great smile. The food was outstanding, i was very pleasantly surprised. I have travelled around the world and didn't expect much from an all inclusive resort, but i was blown away at how good it was. The shrimp quesadilla and the fish taco at the Cevicheria were outstanding. I also tried their Italian, Argentinian, and Thai Restaurants. Also great. Make sure you make reservations ahead of time. We were told that at check in and had no problem reserving tables for the 4 nights we were there. Otherwise you can enjoy their Dinner buffer, for which you don't need a reservation (which we also tried), and did not disappoint. Yes, there are options on the menus of those dinner restaurants that cost money, so just pay attention and choose from the all inclusive options. We can't wait to go back. Thank you Fiesta Americana Condesa for such a memorable vacation.

First time in Mexico
The hotel and food choices are absolutely great to say the least. Staff and entertainment team are amazing, especially Sarah who welcomed us, she was so so kind and gave us a mountain of helpful information that made our stay even better. If you need anything throughout your stay she’s definitely the girl to go to! Definitely recommend this place for families, couples or even solo trips

Front Desk check in not helpful
check in struggle, online reservation was not clear and staff was not helpful when it came to amount of people in room. Room keys, bracelets kept shutting off and several trips, during our 3 day stay we were unable to enter our room, annoying. Restaurants were reservations were required had no idea we had to pay to upgrade certain meals NOT ALL IS INCLUSIVE. Room reserved was ocean view an d ended with Garden view and NO AC working properly, which in turn made the room smell muggy, humid bed, clothing and sweating walls. no price adjustment made, no help from front desk staff. Otherwise Food, lobby staff very nice, except for pressure from the time share staff to show site and get pricing on them. Food was exceptional, bar, pool and beach very nice, Needs improvement on fun pool side activities.

Wedding weekend
We had an amazing time at the Fiesta Americana for our wedding - Miriam and Cecilia in the wedding department helped us have a wedding of our dreams. It’s a smaller property - which we enjoyed with all of our guest! The food was wonderful and the beach was spectacular- they did a great job at cleaning up the seaweed !
